I brought my daughter's laptop to Robert and I am so grateful that I did. I had her laptop sitting on the shelf for about a year because I couldn't afford to go and get it fixed it had the blue screen of death and after trying to figure it out ourselves we couldn't and the last time I had brought a computer to someone it cost me over $150 and we simply did not have the money to do it. I have had other computers crash on me and it was more affordable for me to go and replace it then it was for me to get it fixed. Not only is Robert extremely affordable he's very friendly he communicates with you and he got my laptop fixed within just one day. After the holidays I will bring my other laptop that's been sitting on the shelf for about 2 years lol. 5 stars are not enough! Robert spent 2 days working on my nearly brand new computer which had crashed. He was very knowledgeable but was unable to fix it. He was able to tell me exactly what to say to HP when I called them. Since it was still under factory warranty, I was able to get the problem resolved. Robert did not charge me a penny! He said to me, "No repair, no charge" and he stuck to that even after working on it for so long! I won't take my computer anywhere else from now on! Thank you Robert!
