I had a dirty charging port on my phone. The guy there cleaned it out and showed me how i could myself and charged me nothing. Definitely a honest place
Quinn was great when helping me with my laptop. I already have plans on buying the next 2 from there. I would 100% recommend everyone to go there.

Highly recommend “The Tech Store”. I use the location in Greer SC. Quinn one of the technical consultants there is fast, efficient, and highly knowledgeable. On my last visit, Quinn solved my iPhone’s operating system issue in less than 5 minutes; while I was standing at the service counter with him. Then Quinn made my more complicated phone hardware repair in an hour, while I went to lunch. These guys are almost like having one’s own personal IT department, which translates into “peace-of-mind” for me. And one other-thing I really like about “The Tech Store”is you talk to an actual real human, and not merely some AI bot 🤖.
