Wired some new outdoor lights to be on a timer, but they never worked. Replaced a compressor on an AC unit that wasn't bad. Serviced an AC humidifier unit and forgot to reconnect the drain; water leaked onto the ceiling, which had to be repaired. This company is incompetent and will not warranty their work; they…
Casey Stephen’s was the best, explained everything that was wrong, showed me pictures. Made it all make sense to someone that has no idea about heating and cooling. High recommend!!
TE Certified assisted me last week with assessing and replacing both HVAC systems in my 4,000 square foot house. The install team (led by Austin Barnes) arrived on time and was professional & attentive over the two days it took to complete the project. Everything was installed with great quality & care, no issues…
TE Certified is an excellent company. We are very pleased with the installation crew, who worked very hard and diligently to provide us with 2 excellent, new systems. Alicia Milligan did troubleshooting for us to resolve an issue to our satisfaction (Alicia went above & beyond). Also, Mindi Barker in Permits…
Marvin is fantastic! He explains needs well, was thorough, and extremely polite and professional.
Paul was wonderful and explained everything!
We have had TE complete several projects at or home. Most recently they installed a whole house water filtration system. They did an excellent job and kept us informed throughout the installation. We have found TE to be honest, provide excellent service at a fair price and dependable.
Austin is a great diagnostician. Found the issue with our Rheem unit and repaired in short order along with 2 other issues. Great service and communication. 5 stars.
Jonathan replaced a faulty component in my HVAC system. He was efficient and very professional.
Mike came out to help us with an unknown leak and was able to locate it. He also called a technician (Ricky) to come fix a valve for us and he arrived within 15 minutes. Both were super knowledgeable and friendly. Mike took his time to answer all questions and was such a big help! Will be using them in the future-…
Very happy with the service provided by TE Certified. We had a new HVAC install 2 years ago. The team who installed was greta, but we just seemed to keep having cooling issues after that. TE Certified's team worked with us to figure out the problem (our vents were originally installed poorly) and get us a solution…
Austin was very thorough and explained everything. Rockstar tech.
Jason was solid! Knew what he was doing, walked us through the process and then took care of our problem. Jared is a lifesaver!
Incredible job! Fast, courteous, highly skilled and knowledgeable. He went over and above, getting replacement parts and coming back on the same day to make sure my family was safe and comfortable ASAP.
Very professional & thorough. Took time to explain and provided several options to repair.
Joe was very friendly and checked everything. He gave me recommendations for my unit which he also sent to me.
Koi was very knowledgeable and helpful!!
Use TE Certified above all other HVAC companies out there! First of all, they communicate! You will get a call if they're running late, the tech will call 30 mintues as they're on the way. I really enjoyed my experince with them and will use no other for my current residence. My landlord refused to fix a broken AC…
Joe was very professional and easy to work with. He explained everything very thoroughly and did a great job.
Jonathan Williams came out the same day we called for service. Jonathan was another great representative for TE. He researched our outside air conditioner and found a few issues. He advised we should get a maintenance plan that covers inspecting our HVAC plumbing and electric systems. That was great advice. He…
Armando was friendly and professional and easily discovered our issue and got us back and running! He was very patient with my 4 year old granddaughter who wanted to help and give advice!

Wayne was very professional knowledgeable pointed out other problems corrected after what I saw I bought a service contract
The technician, Wayne, was right in time. He was quick and efficient. He even waited a while to be sure everything was good.
Casey either does not know what he is doing, is full of it or both. TE is just like other HVAC companies in that their primary goal is to extract the maximum amount of money that they can get away with on each call. He told me that he couldn’t tell if my thermostat was bad, but it would cost $289 to replace. He…
Preston managed to get 1.5 days of work done in 1 day, working on both my upstairs and downstairs units. He explained all the work done in detail and walked me through possible issues I may have down the road.
Don’t waste time and or money calling anywhere else… these guys are knowledgeable and fairly priced.

Paul quickly worked out the issue and presented us with several options. After we selected an option, it was quickly done .
Jason was great, very honest and friendly. He quoted multiple options for how to get the A/C up and running. Garris was who completed the install of the new unit. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He really prioritized the care of our home by wearing booties and putting down floor protectors.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would. Both Hayden and Mason were two of the most friendliest, super warm and welcoming technicians I have EVER met (Ihave met many) I felt like more than just a customer, they didn't try to just sell me products. They walked me through what my systems needed and told me…
Fabian came out and provided a quote for a replacement for our upstairs system. William, one of the best technicians I’ve encountered in the Atlanta metro area during my 25 years here, provided an exceptionally thorough and excellent service call on our air handling systems. Before leaving, he explained his findings and recommendations in great detail. I highly recommend TECertified for their home services.
Polite, professional, and punctual: Alex V. and Rusty C. arrived on time and were well prepared to conduct the annual A/C inspection. Both demonstrated extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and maintained a customer-focused approach throughout the process, clearly explaining their actions and sharing the results.…
Joe was professional, knowledgeable and completed all work in a very timer manner. We purchased our home less than two months ago and our HVAC system was in need of cleaning, tuning up and completing maintenance, that should have been done by the prior owner and wasn’t, so that we can get as much life out of our…

Excellent customer service! Jason started by explaining what was to be done during the visit. He asked about my system and wanted to know about any concerns I had. He was very thorough from what I could see. When he was done, we reviewed issues and options. Would highly recommend. Thanks!
Mike was fantastic! I especially loved how he showed me everything he needed to do and explained why it needed to be done. The situation felt more like a partnership. He worked with me and my situation, rather than against me such as trying to sell me the whole kitchen sink. Yes my unit is over 30 years old but Mike…
Ben did an excellent job on the coils & furnace repairs - thank you.
The Team ( two, two men crew to install 2 full systems) arrived promptly. Very professional, communicated the process throughout the install and cleaned up everything when they were finished! Excellent experience!!!

Professional, punctual and knowledgeable. Very friendly
Highest level of service and communication. TE Certified has been our go-to provider for electrical, HVAC and plumbing for many years. The techs are the best: qualified and knowledgeable.
I have used several HVAC companies in Georgia and none have served my needs like TE Certified. They spent time checking and verifying their diagnosis of my problem. They then offered 3 options to correct my problem and when I chose which I wanted to do they began the fix. They were professional and timely unlike…

Sept 2025 Update - We’ve used TE for several projects now. Everyone has been great. This week we had Garrett, Albert, and Anthony come out to help us with a big electrical repair and a furnace repair and replacement. It was really nice to see Anthony again. It’s always a great sign when the same people still work…
Mark and Chase were great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Thorough inspection with excellent explanations of findings along with extremely detailed reports.
AC unit quit working in the middle of August! Paul with TE Certified was able to help us the next day! He was able to determine an installation problem (not TEC), remedy it and service both systems. All of the TEC technicians are very professional, which is good when you are taking care of very expensive equipment!
On time and good communication. Friendly
We've had great service from TE Certified for both HVAC and electrical. We have home care maintenance plans and have also used them to install many fans and light fixtures. Carlos for our electrical installs has been amazing! Hunter did a great job on our AC install as well.
Brian was amazing. He was professional, kind, and on time. What an asset he is to the company!
My upstairs AC wasn’t working and it’s July in Atlanta. 🙀 Called Monday night and had an appointment first thing Tuesday. My technician, Marvin Deleon, was on time, polite and explained everything showing me photos of my units and parts. I felt like he was looking out for me. He diagnosed the issues expertly and…
This is the second time I’ve used TE Certified, the first was electrical and this time was for our AC system. We were fully satisfied both times. I love how they give you options, and do not scare you into getting work that is not essential. Blake R. was our technician this time and he was just the best. Completely recommend this company and Blake.

Gregery came out to service the AC unit and ended up cleaning the compressor as well. He was very pleasant. I will certainly be reaching out to TE for any further needs.
Honest, trustworthy people who stand behind their work. Had 2 complete systems put in. Within 3 years both motors on outside units went bad. (Think it’s a manufacture defect) Both times they said we got this and had them replaced in 24 hours. It happened again. Motor on outside unit went bad ( most definitely a…
Exceptional service from Karl! Such a nice guy and did great work!!!
TE goes above and beyond every time. Every technician I’ve had to my house has been really professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.
TE was one of the first vendors to certify their electricians for Tesla home charger installations and I've used them for this purpose for two houses now. Along the way I've hired them to help with running new electrical lines in my house, replacing switches, replacing fixtures, and then I tried their plumbing…
We have been using TE for 8 years and they always do a great job. Very professional , reliable and reasonably price. Great company!
Anthony Yarbray came back to do some follow up work from our previous bi-annual system check. Aside from his kindness, he is knowledgeable,…

Thomas was fantastic with repairing some ductwork in our basement. He kept us up to date about what he was doing, asked if we had questions along the way and made great suggestions for other units for the home.
Big fan. Customer for 4 years now. Recommend!
We use TE for all of their service lines across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical and this review is overdue. Kevin Prather saved us during the freeze last winter by getting our outside bibs squared away at the last second with two visits - the second one as the temps plunged! Luis Arizu did a bang up job on what…

The technician (Gabe) seemed to be very thorough both in his review and explanation. The installation supervisor (Anthony) was very thorough and patient answering every question we had. This was our first time using this company.
Can’t say enough good things about this team. Another company came to change the AC filter in the crawl space. The technician didn’t ever try. Complained that there’s water and mold all over the newly insulated crawl space!! Thomas came over. On time. Professional. Easy to communicate with and he got the job done…
Excellent explanation of what is needed and why

Jason was very friendly and explained everything well throughout the process. This company does a good job of keeping photo records of everything they do which is helpful.
Every interaction we have had with TE has been incredible. They pick up the phone, over communicate when a tech is coming, and we have always been treated with respect. Our tech, Leeann, took her time explaining all our options for our AC so we felt like we were making an informed decision. We highly recommend TE and won't use any other company!
This team always does an amazing job and shows up on time and is extremely communicative.
Huge thank you to Greg and TE certified for fixing our AC unit on short notice on a Friday afternoon before we hosted a big party! I initially couldn’t get an appointment until Monday and had another company come out to try to repair the unit. Big mistake - the other company was completely unhelpful, took one look…
Dalton figured out the issue with our AC in no time at all for a reasonable price.
I called at 7 pm on a Friday night about an A/C condenser leak in my attic. They sent a very professional certified HVAC tech the next morning (Saturday). Anthony Padovano was very thorough when checking our HVAC system today. He informed us of everything he was doing and was very professional. We will request him for our Spring Home Care Inspection.
This was the only company I used for Electrical and HVAC service since moving to GA in 2021. Over the course of 12 months, I have had thousands of dollars worth of work done by this company. However, as of 11/4/2022 I will never use this company again thanks to the HVAC service manager, Will. If you do find yourself…
Our AC stopped blowing cold air on a Sunday night. I called TE the next morning and they had someone out to our house by the early afternoon. The dual capacitor had failed and our AC Condenser Coil needed to be deep cleaned. Anthony replaced the dual capacitor and deep cleaned condenser coil. TE was thorough,…
Second property I’ve used TE for here in Atlanta. Excellence response time, great reliability and fair and upfront pricing. They also know how to treat loyal customers. Gavin our plumber was excellent and went above and beyond to get our home inspection repairs straightened out.
My upstairs AC unit stopped working. The TE tech came and delivered the news I expected; I need to replace the unit. The person was clean and seemed knowledgeable. The diagnostic was 98 bucks, and it took the guy maybe 20-30 minutes to make the diagnosis. I'm in the process of getting quotes for the replacement. If…
We've been customers of TE since 2018. We've never had an issue and we're satisfied with all of their prices.
Eric was great. Efficient, thorough, and professional. Full diagnostic on my HVAC issue and a host of available options to complete the repair.
Wonderful experience - professional, timely, courteous. Thank you!
TE was prompt and professional. They were able to set an appointment within a week to service my HVAC system. They gave several updates/confirmations as the appointment approached. Jonathan was great. He was very knowledgeable and thorough as he performed our maintenance service.
Did an HVAC inspection on our two furnaces. Kevin was spectacular and I cannot recommend enough. He took his time explaining things and walked me through a couple items. I wish more professionals were like Kevin. I was so impressed with Kevin but also the company as well. The systems they have in place for…
We have an annual home maintenance plan to service HVAC and electric systems. They have helped us identify some upgrades needed as our home is a mid-80s and has been needing some TLC. We have also used them a couple of times for plumbing issues. Their office and field staff are very professional and courteous and…

A/C check. Great response time to check on a previous issue.
Mr Miller (Eric) was great at explaining the services and preparing me for the next upcoming necessary maintenance services. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and completed all of my requested services in a timely manner.
We have had to wrestle with many aspects of repair and replacement since our home purchase last summer, and our HVAC needs were just a fraction of the "laundry list" of "to do's" Establishing the priority of work to be done can be quite stressful, and some contractors have been much better than others in conveying…
TE Certified is always professional and are quick to respond!
Glad they could come out next day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and promptly fixed it
Adam did a FANTASTIC repair job at our house last week. He was helpful and efficient, This is the second time he’s serviced an electrical problem and we definitely will ask for him again.......hopefully not for quite a while though :}
