Andrew did a great job with the air conditioning system repairs at our home this morning! Excellent communication throughout, and he was very detailed as he explained what he was troubleshooting to fix the issue and also presenting different options. The work done by Shane from TE Certified was as expected very good. He explained what he was doing and gave me progress reports occasionally to keep me aware of how the project was going. The end result was a repaired system and some upgrades to duct work. I have used TE many times over the years and I would recommend them highly.

I've used TE Certified to replace 4 AC units (different homes), as well as installing an EV charger. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They haven't been bought out by private equity like their competitors, meaning they offer great pricing, but they are also incredibly knowledgeable. The techs are always polite, on time, and communicative.
