Wired some new outdoor lights to be on a timer, but they never worked. Replaced a compressor on an AC unit that wasn't bad. Serviced an AC humidifier unit and forgot to reconnect the drain; water leaked onto the ceiling, which had to be repaired. This company is incompetent and will not warranty their work; they…

James Steffey was very knowledgeable & thorough, & did exceptional work.
Had new electrical panel installed today by Nick and his associates. This was to upgrade the panel and add surge protector. He did an awesome job. He even filmed a tutorial video for how to use the generator circuit correctly since I had to leave before the work was finished.
Great experience.
Incredible job! Fast, courteous, highly skilled and knowledgeable. He went over and above, getting replacement parts and coming back on the same day to make sure my family was safe and comfortable ASAP.

Quality & professional work
I had Electrical work done today. I've used TE Certified in the past for plumbing (I used Shane) and had a great experience so I tried them again for my current electrician needs. Once again, I am blown away by the whole experience from the people who took my initial call for the appointment (Mai and Brandon(?)),…
Our electrician, Doug, did an amazing job helping us with a flickering lights issue when using our hair dryer and inspected the wiring to see how we can be more efficient and safe inside our older home. He recommended a surge protector for the home, added a sub panel and dedicated circuits for our bidet as well. I…
Everything since this company has grown,so does their expensive pricing.I purchased a 800 dollar laundry/utility sink and 2,000.00 to install it into my existing washer and dryer line...I might have to start pricing other companies now because my trust for their best competitive price is no longer their concern
Luis Lopez
Great very professional and systematic in his approach to fulfilling our electrical needs.
TE Certified is excellent. Wayne Jennings, electrician, was outstanding. He reviewed and inspected our problem, identified solutions and made alternative recommendations with careful explanation and in terms we could understand. He gained our trust on his fist evaluation visit. So, rather than get another estimate,…
Outstanding experience with TE and the incredible crew that came out (Chase and Noah) to fully replace our 40 year old home electric panel. They were experts at the work they were doing and truly cared about ensuring our satisfaction with a strong warranty which came as part of the job. Highly recommend for all electrical work!

We could not be happier with TE Certified and the electrical work they did on our house. Carlos H. was the electrician who…
Technician came out quickly and finished the work efficiently. I will use them again
Joe was professional, knowledgeable and completed all work in a very timer manner. We purchased our home less than two months ago and our HVAC system was in need of cleaning, tuning up and completing maintenance, that should have been done by the prior owner and wasn’t, so that we can get as much life out of our…
Joaquin was great. I booked TE through their website related to two breakers that wouldn't flip back on. He replaced the breakers and recommended a whole house surge protector, which I accepted. I also had him replace a broken outdoor electrical socket and install a ceiling fan. Everything maybe took 2.5 hours total.
Nick was great! He showed up on time, was very polite and friendly, explained exactly what he would need to do to assess the issue, gave me a breakdown of priorities to resolve our issue and clear pricing options as well. The work was completed in a timely manner, and our dishwasher and sump pump are now working…

I have used them twice in the last few months and both times the technicians that came out were great. Wayne and Scott were both very friendly, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.
Josh was knowledgeable, professional, careful and took care of several issues in the panel so in order to install electric car charger. I appreciate his attention to details, including safety and cleaning up. I recommend TE Electric and Josh.
The TE team did an incredible job of preparing my panel for a portable backup power generator. It was very obvious they were going above and beyond and even modernized my panel with a better wiring configuration, even though they didn't need to do so. They also helped me browse online for a recommended generator…
I have used TE Certified Electricians and find them professional, exceptionally competent, thorough at trouble shooting, and driven to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction. William McNeely, and Russ Kinnear are outstanding and I have the highest respect for them and their organization. My wife and I…
These guys were fast, efficient, on time and completed all projects. Plus Marco was courteous and answered all of my questions.
Kevin Dell was our electrician and he was outstanding! We received several updates throughout the date regarding his arrival time. He was even able to come earlier than scheduled! He was very kind and professional and provided updates and price quotes throughout the process. I asked if he had time to look at…
All employees very professional and friendly. Did high quality work.
This is the third time I have used this technician. He made such a good impression on me that I called him again when I needed him. Very professional! I call Jonathan “my technician”! He is the best! Just used Jonathan again. I always ask for him. He goes way above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend him!!!
We have worked with TE Certified Electric twice now, and during our service today we discussed further work that we will be doing. Our tech, Isaac Aguilar, is dependable and very professional. He walked us through all of the charges and made sure we did not pay more than we needed to. When we scheduled our second…
Very professional and cares about doing the job right!
We have been customers of TE for two years and can't speak highly enough of their great work. We recommend their preventative maintenance program which includes bi annual check ups of our hvac system and electrical system. Duane and Jamie visited today and had everything inspected in just a couple of hours. They…
Michael was great. He listened and asked a lot of questions which helped get everything just the way I wanted. We had him out to install an EV charger. He handled that no problem, and also got a few things taken care of from our home inspection report for not much more. Excellent service, will be using them moving forward.
Alex was very professional and friendly!! My heat went out in the house 2 weeks before closing! He ordered the part and it was delayed from the warehouse. T E Certified office staff and Alex called me daily and kept me informed. The part finally came in 2 days before closing and Alex came out immediately and…
Isaac at TE Certified was very professional and spoke in terms that I could understand since I'm not an electrician. He was very clear when he found a safety issue or when something needed to be addressed. I would definitely have him back into my home to do more work.
On time, courteous, friendly and professional. Diagnosed the problem quickly and made repairs with no problems.
UPDATE AGAIN: Used TE a third and fourth time! Y'all are simply amazing. As mentioned in my last update, I had some electrical needs on the horizon. I'm renovating my kitchen, and I called TE back out to help with moving and connecting some switches and outlets - forgot the gentleman's name for the third visit, but…
TE Certified is my GO TO source for electrical and plumbing based on my experience with both services. Each time a technician would come out for either installation or repair, they have been informative and complete in performing the required tasks. In each instance they have also pointed out and corrected any…
Isaac was knowledgeable, professional and helpful!
Excellent service and high quality work. Would definitely recommend the company and especially the technician Wilson Hernandez.
I rarely ever give comments on public surveys, but my entire TE Certified (“TEC”) experience was so invaluable and vastly exceed my expectations that I wanted to commend the team to express my sheer appreciation. I had a tree limb fall on a public utility line that created a power surge to my house, knocking out…
The guys from TE were great! They did an excellent job. We needed a 220v receptacle replaced but ultimately had them perform a complete panel upgrade. They didn't try to sell us, just identified other potential problems and offered us solutions. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly.
