Max had done an excellent job providing me with explanations charting a definitive course of action. He had that our initial request had been a "false alarm", but we had other issues with our home, which he had addressed. As a result, his arrival was fortuitus and him addressing our concerns; I knew that I was in good hands; thank you.
TE and Liam were excellent! On time, very professional, courteous and quickly found the issue and fixed. Second time we have used TE/Liam and continue to be impressed.
Justin, Jason, Tiny, and the whole crew were just excellent. Could not have had a more professional and dedicated group installing our generator, main electrical panel replacement and transfer, and an EV charger. 5 Star Plus!!! Look no further for quality and value. Have used TE Certified before and will…
I was in a difficult position when GA Power cut off my power due to potential fire hazard from old and deteriorating wiring in my meter box. With temps well into the 90's every day, I needed reliable help ASAP. My call to TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling resulted in receiving a call less than an…
TE technicians are very knowledgeable and do high quality work.
Best solution to figure out the problem and great attitude to work on the problem with patience , we feel absolutely satisfied!
Steve did a wonderful job diagnosing the problem with my water heater and replaced it as well as changing the pipe connections which were leaking a small amount of gas. He brought my house up to code by replacing the whole house pressure release valve and the main water turn off. He explained everything completely…
I worked with Phil (initial estimate) and Jose (completed work and final walkthrough) to get my electrical panel replaced, replace and rewire all outlets and light switches in my home, installed outlets/switches in new locations, upgraded my dryer outlet to a 4-prong, and replaced and wired all smoke detectors. This…
James and Jared are very fine young men. They were professional , thorough , very nice , and did good work ! James will be back to do a thorough review of our electrical system …. Obviously I highly recommend them !
All went well. Fast, courteous, and a thorough job.
Everything since this company has grown,so does their expensive pricing.I purchased a 800 dollar laundry/utility sink and 2,000.00 to install it into my existing washer and dryer line...I might have to start pricing other companies now because my trust for their best competitive price is no longer their concern
Nate Tuttle was terrific, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I feel much more confident in my wiring now that the problem has been fixed. The ground wires in five outlets were not installed correctly, many years back, and today they are compliant and safe.
We feel confident about the service we get from TE. They're professional, thorough and very friendly.
We could not be happier with TE Certified and the electrical work they did on our house. We had a bit of an electrical emergency (which another company did not warn us about when we were seeking advice) and TE Certified was able to come out on a Sunday within an hour of our call. Carlos H. was the electrician who…
Henry helped us with a full panel replacement, as well as installing multiple smoke detectors and outlets. He was fantastic - incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, great at explaining things clearly, and even went the extra mile helping us reset the Ring devices we inherited here. Top notch craftsmanship as well.…
Terrance was the ultimate professional. He stayed as long as it took to get the job done. He did high quality work and was very personable. We would highly recommend him to our neighbors and would request him again if we needed an electrician.
Hi - I was really appreciative of the timeliness, near immediate scheduling and the explanation given. Devin was fantastic. I would hire him again
We hired Trevor Mooney and his crew with TE Certified for a big project at our home. Jason Sevier explained thoroughly what electrical problems we had and what our options were to remedy them. He impressed us with his knowledge, attention to detail, and careful work. We highly recommend him.
Very professional. On time. Explained everything with pictures. What I liked the most is that they really cared about fixing my problem and getting my power back. I would highly recommend.
If I could give 6 stars, I would!!!! We had a FIRE in an electrical panel and called the TE folks to get immediate help. They were able to come out in just an hour or so. The electrician, Hubert, is incredible! He spent a LONG time very thoroughly inspecting our entire electrical system. He is extremely…
Great job. Friendly.
I cannot express how elated I am that I went with TE Certified to basically save my home from an impending fire. I went with the Peace of Mind pkg, which is exactly what it's named. Full electrical panel upgrade, total home re-device and installation of several fixtures. James Durbin, Brian and Armando were…
Dalton Munday has been our family’s electrician for many years, and we wouldn’t trust anyone else. He’s incredibly reliable and responsive—always making time for us whenever we call, no matter how small or urgent the issue. He consistently goes above and beyond what’s asked, takes full ownership of the work, and…
We had flooding in our house that identified numerous problems with our HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems out of our garage. In three days we had Jacob (plumbing), Brock and Russ (heating and cooling), and Mike and Corey (electrical) come out and service our house. They were all friendly, efficient, and…
Highest level of service and communication. TE Certified has been our go-to provider for electrical, HVAC and plumbing for many years. The techs are the best: qualified and knowledgeable.
We couldn’t be happier with the service from Luis Lopez at TE Certified. He showed up right on time, wore shoe covers, and took the time to listen and explain what he’d be checking. Luis quickly pinpointed the issue, laid out clear options with upfront pricing, and completed the repair efficiently with top-notch…
We recently bought a house that we didn’t realize was an electrical nightmare. Thankfully Hubert saved us. They even did all of this work before we moved in, while we weren’t there. We got new grounding equipment (ours was cut??) a new electrical panel with whole home surge protection (ours was melting), new smoke…
Top notch masters of their trades. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, capable and best value I've experienced in home plumbing/electrical. Will use confidently from now on.
Sept 2025 Update - We’ve used TE for several projects now. Everyone has been great. This week we had Garrett, Albert, and Anthony come out to help us with a big electrical repair and a furnace repair and replacement. It was really nice to see Anthony again. It’s always a great sign when the same people still work…
I highly recommend Chase. He came out to my house to fix a few electrical issues, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and pleasant. From the moment he arrived, he was courteous, punctual, and clearly knew his stuff. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my faulty outlets and explained everything in a…
Craig was professional and got to the root of our problem....and fixed it. Great demeanor and service. 5 stars.
Marco H. at TE Certified far exceeded my expectations. Professional, courteous, with excellent attention to detail. He is by far one of the most skilled individuals I've met in the past 45 years for work requiring a licensed electrician. A true "Superhero" when it comes to getting the job done quickly, correctly and up to code.
TE Certified always does a super job for us. Jeff was very knowledgeable and excellent!
Miguel stands out as one of the top service professionals I've encountered in a while. His competence and courteous demeanor, along with a remarkable work ethic, are truly impressive—make sure…
Nate came out to work on an electrical outlet for my septic pump that was knocked over during construction in my backyard. He replaced the post, outlet, and enclosure. It's better than before. Thank you Nate!
We have been using TE for 8 years and they always do a great job. Very professional , reliable and reasonably price. Great company!
Jeffery arrived to research a problem with refrigerator and deep freeze kicking out circuit breaker. After a brief assessment, discovered the home's main electrical box extremely overloaded, full of code violations in wiring, and advised that it was a serious threat to injuring residents. All the wiring defects…
They are skilled and confident.
Wayne was wonderful. Did an excellent job and went beyond to make sure everything was done to code. Would use them again.
Brent listened to my concerns, looked at my electrical system, then gave me options. He did the work I authorized in a professional manner and gave me estimates to complete other upgrades in the future. He was clean and neat which I greatly appreciated.
We needed some help getting our new warehouse up to code and TE Certified was able to send Luis Lopez the same day I called. Luis was punctual and quick to fix our problems.
TE electric as a company was very easy to schedule with, and prices were very comparable. My electrician Dalton went above and beyond in so many ways. Coordinating with Georgia Power on my behalf, and being patient when their timeline got delayed by storms. I chose to dig my own trench and run my own conduit…
Great job overall with installing our generator. It took 2 days to finish the job with 5 electricians working together. My only concern is they left empty drink containers by our roadside.
A storm took our my main power line and surged my breaker box, so we were without power. TE got me scheduled right away and Enrique was professional, gave me the entire rundown of work needed, and was a pleasure to have in my home. This was a big job spanning 3 days and Enrique, along with Blake, made me comfortable…
Luis did a fantastic job at my house. He was able to place a Tesla Wall charger, fix and upgrade the electrical panel and a few other items. A fair price for excellent work!
Nice guy and went over and above checking my plumbing to make sure we were good.
TE is an amazing organization that best exemplifies the gold standard in customer service. For years, I have used TE for electrical service, and over the past year, I have awarded TE with my HVAC and plumbing services. Over the past 12 months, my home has undergone numerous HVAC, plumbing and electrical upgrades,…
Fast, no fuss, effective, and clean.
What a treat to find TECertified. I called for a possible visit the same day after discovering some of our well-used outlets were suddenly not working. Within an hour Ryan Wallace was at our door ready to diagnose the problem and provide several solutions. He pointed out the deficiencies throughout the house and…
Im very happy with the service provided. They were professional, punctual, and knowledgable. Initially it was just for an estimate to instal a level 2 home EV charger and a whole house surge protector. The quote came in 25% lower than a competitor and Cody said he could do the work that day, which i took them up on.…
I’ve had 2 great experiences with the TE team. They do extremely quality work and always go the extra mile. I highly recommend this company!!!!
Wayne was extremely helpful in the electric repairs and replacements he provided! Not only did he provide the repairs in a timely manner, but he also made future recommendations on what needs attention next. Thank you Wayne and TE Electric!
Marco and team were great. Explained all of the work to be done, time expectations and went over the work once service was completed. If I need electrical work in the future, I will definitely request Marco.
Every interaction I have had with TE Certified, from the initial call to schedule an estimate to the final goodbye after installation, far exceeded expectations. I have been blown away by the courteous and caring associates, the attention to detail, the follow through, the updates on the project and the patience…
Both Wilson and Kevin were excellent in handling our repairs. The job was bigger than we expected but everything was explained fully and completed perfectly. We will continue using TE Certified because of these great electricians. Thanks!
Adam and his team were polite, timely, responsive, helpful, and professional. They took the time to explain the project to us and walk us through each step. Their work was neat and efficient. We would certainly use the team again!!
Very professional, on time and respectful.
Wilson is a hard worker,I'd use him again!they came out on a emergency and performed great!
Found and corrected numerous Improperly installed and dangerous electrical work by handyman for previous owners: multi splices on 220, bad connections, incorrect circuit amp size for wire gauge, charged ground lines and much more. I should have hired them to do electrical inspection prior to buying this property.…
Michael Called before coming. Educated me on the problems and explained the solutions. Very careful in the house wearing booties. Did excellent work and was very knowledgeable. I certainly will recommend him and the company to my friends.
Our experience with this company was great and the technician played a major role in delivering that experience. Jason could not have been more professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and equipped to get the job done! The services performed included installing 2 Ring Floodlight cameras, a wall outlet and running an…
When other electricians gave us a service date two weeks out, TE had someone out to us in 24 hours. Fast and responsive. ***Update*** Five months later, we used TE again, and they again delivered. They actually care about the customer's satisfaction. Service like this uncommon, and I do not even bother calling other…
We loved the personable service Wilson and Jason provided. Their workmanship is impeccable and worth every cent! You’ve gained us as lifetime customers.
Jamie and the other technicians were super professional. Great experience. They arrived on time & explained the job clearly. The outlets they installed look seamless. Safety and quality are can't be…
Amazing service, great quality. I will recommend this service to everyone I know.
Josh S. did a great job on our house from estimate to completion of the work. He is professional and friendly (and his helpers). Michael K did an outstanding job! I had a laundry list of items that needed attention. He patiently explained what was needed and why it was important for maintenance and safety.
We had TE Electric out to replace our panel with a new larger panel, add whole house surge protection, and hard wired smoke detectors. Jeffrey and Jacob were the techs who came out to do the work. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were good about explaining what they were…
Jonathan Vega is incredible. He did a full repair/install of our basement electrical outlets and switches by himself and took the time to even clean up afterwards. He went above and beyond. I can’t recommend him or TE enough. This isn’t the first project they’ve done for us and it won’t be the last either.
TE Certified Electrical has done numerous small jobs for us in the past. This time it was a bigger job to bring our home up to code. We couldn't have asked for better results. Chace- the electrician they sent the second time we booked a job was just awesome- and now we always ask for him- professional,…
Excellent service and high quality work. Would definitely recommend the company and especially the technician Wilson Hernandez.
Service was outstanding. Joaquin was informative and worked efficiently.
We had a large tree come down that took the electric out and a lot of additional damage.
