Issouf was pleasant, professional and courteous. Informed me of what he was going to do. Being it was a Saturday afternoon, part shops were not open and he was unable to complete the repair. However the problem was more isolated than before. His return has been scheduled.
Wired some new outdoor lights to be on a timer, but they never worked. Replaced a compressor on an AC unit that wasn't bad. Serviced an AC humidifier unit and forgot to reconnect the drain; water leaked onto the ceiling, which had to be repaired. This company is incompetent and will not warranty their work; they…
Elliott did a fantastic job assessing my issue and suggesting the proper and most importantly safe way to move forward! Thanks again for feeling confident and safe working with Elliott and TE!
Casey Stephen’s was the best, explained everything that was wrong, showed me pictures. Made it all make sense to someone that has no idea about heating and cooling. High recommend!!
TE Certified assisted me last week with assessing and replacing both HVAC systems in my 4,000 square foot house. Everything was installed with great quality & care, no issues…

TEC always exceeds my expectations. I’ve used them for the last 10 years and I’m always impressed at how professional they are and how they do what they say they’re going to do in the quality of work that they deliver every single time. It’s a well run company with really good people (like Cesar) making sure the consumer is happy.

They were on top of the job even in extreme weather conditions. No one was complaining. Very satisfying to see a team so focused and good at what they do. Garris was…
Joe was professional, knowledgeable and completed all work in a very timer manner. Just wanted to give a shout out for Jason B with TE certified. Had trouble with the heat pump in the basement last weekend and Jason came out quickly to help us with our problem. Embarrassingly, determined that it was just a thrown circuit breaker. Amazing! I had visions of malfunctioning heat strips or major…

Elliott was great! He fixed our heating problem quickly and provided a detailed explanation of what happened. At no time did I feel that he pressured me to purchase other products. I rescheduled for a quote with them a few days later along with a few other local companies. TE Certified offered the best deal on similar units from the other companies.…

It’s always a great sign when the same people still work…
Have been doing business with this company for many years. The staff is amazing. Reasonably priced, and professional! Jeremy did excellent work! He quickly diagnosed the issue and provided several options given the age of the unit and out of warranty. John was great to communicate with and discuss resolving this issue and what are my best options for a future purchase of a new system. I highly recommend John.
Shane from TE certified was incredibly helpful. He not only fixed my father’s furnace but provided several optional fixes and upgrades. While he offered the quotes for the additional work, he did so without any pressure to do the work today. Overall, great experience would definitely recommend.

First, Issac did a great job and we were very pleased with his work . Definitely will call on TE again for our needs in the future! We use TE for all of their service lines across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical and this review is overdue.
