Wired some new outdoor lights to be on a timer, but they never worked. Replaced a compressor on an AC unit that wasn't bad. Serviced an AC humidifier unit and forgot to reconnect the drain; water leaked onto the ceiling, which had to be repaired. This company is incompetent and will not warranty their work; they…
Had a new, complete upstairs HVAC system replaced. Anthony from sales and the installers Brock and Brantley were great. Kept us informed at every step and process was smooth as silk. One day turn around even with running into a couple of challenges. Would definitely recommend TR Certified for your HVAC needs.
Hunter and his team did an exceptional job installing a new furnace and air conditioning system as well as fixing some vents that were not working properly. Isaac came out and installed a new water heater and updated all of the associated gas and water lines. Everything was done in a professional and thorough…
TE Certified is an excellent company. We are very pleased with the installation crew, who worked very hard and diligently to provide us with 2 excellent, new systems. Alicia Milligan did troubleshooting for us to resolve an issue to our satisfaction (Alicia went above & beyond). Also, Mindi Barker in Permits…
Well, it happened. One of my A/C units died and needed replacement. I haven't worked with TE Certified in the past, but their great reviews prompted me to give them a try and I am really glad I did. Their rep came out within a couple of days and gave me a no nonsense conversation about options, brands, and pricing.…
TE Certified did an exceptional job from start to finish! As a single female homeowner, I appreciate the extra effort the company takes to make me feel at ease with someone coming into my home. They sent me the detailed information of who would be arriving and exactly which included notification when they were…
Very happy with the service provided by TE Certified. We had a new HVAC install 2 years ago. The team who installed was greta, but we just seemed to keep having cooling issues after that. TE Certified's team worked with us to figure out the problem (our vents were originally installed poorly) and get us a solution…
What a great experience! We called for a quote to replace our old HVAC. Sales person arrived the next day. HVAC installed the next day. Every touch point was excellent. Very professional, polite and helpful. Highly recommend.
Always a great experience with TE
Very responsive, all personnel were competent and polite Installers cleaned up everything
Outdoor unit went out in April 2024, got several estimates and decided to go with TE. Quoted $4,600 for new Reem. No discussion of needing to match new outdoor unit with air handler. Fast forward to March ‘25 and they come out for annual inspection. Recommend deep clean blower and evaporator coil- $1,500. TE also…
Thanks to Andrew, Steve, and Paul for all their dedication and making the process feel easy and painless! Will recommend!
Arnaldo is awesome! He spent all day in the blazing heat reconnecting my AC condensers. Very friendly and professional. Great service!
Cesar came to install a new system in the upper level of my home. He and his assistant worked straight for 12 hours to complete the job. He was so polite and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and showed me everything once he was done. I was amazed at his strong work ethic and attention to detail. He…
We have TE Certified several times, for plumbing and HVAC issues, and they have been wonderful and professional each time!
Zachary was polite and professional. He seemed to genuinely care that I was happy with all phases of the installation. Before he left he showed me all the work that was done and asked if I had any questions. The air conditioner seemed to be operating just fine when they left.
Veaya was awesome! She did a great job installing new lighting in our office! She was extremely knowledgeable and competent. She was a pleasure to work with!!
I am the person who scans the internet for reviews, searching by repair I need, by cost, by quality of service, you name it before i pull the trigger and hire someone. On top of that, if I am going to hire someone to do something I might try to do myself if not for me hurting myself or my wife hurting me for not…
I've used TE Certified to replace 4 AC units (different homes), as well as installing an EV charger. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They haven't been bought out by private equity like their competitors, meaning they offer great pricing, but they are also incredibly knowledgeable. The techs are always polite, on time, and communicative.
Friendly, thorough and very knowledgeable.
Excellent and professional complete HVAC installation. Hunter and Jack are a great team, very respectful and personable. I would highly recommend them.
Matt and Brono installed our new Daikin HVAC system on our first floor today! They both were wonderful to work with, full of knowledge, know how, professionalism, and the best personalities. Great crew and they made TE Certified shine! Thank you for a job well done! We highly recommend! Respectfully, Carolyn & Frank
Installation of my new HVAC system was perfect. The lead installer Adam and Scott were excellent.. They worked every minute and did not stop until Install was complete. Made sure floors were covered and everything was cleaned up. Couldn't have asked for a better team.
Elliott was great to work with - punctual, great manners, and stayed working until it was complete and to his satisfaction!
Great team and very professional. Adam, Gavin, Jose, Angel, Scott and Odone were great all day. Answered questions and got the work completed. They were on top of the job even in extreme weather conditions. No one was complaining. Very satisfying to see a team so focused and good at what they do. Garris was…
The TE Certified Team exceeded all of my expectations. Professional, proactive and customer oriented. You won't be disappointed if you hire TE Certified.
Fabian came out and provided a quote for a replacement for our upstairs system. We ultimately decided to have TE replace our system due to their competitive price and good experience with them as maintenance plan customers. The team that completed the replacement was professional and completed the work quickly. New…
The team at TE was great to work with from start to finish. I had two aging systems and decided to go ahead with a full replacement. Russ on the sales side really stood out. Out of the six quotes I got, he was the only one who did a load calc without me asking and actually recommended a smaller system that still…
We recently got our HVAC completely replaced through TE. Hodge was very personable and answered all of our questions when we requested a quote. Raul and team handled the replacement and was professional and clearly had a sense of pride in his work. After the job was complete, Raul pointed out that a light in the…
The HVAC installation could not have gone better. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to doing the job right. They arrived on time, walked me through the entire process, and made sure I understood what to expect before getting started.
Marshall arrived on time and fixed my electrical issue. He was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. I wish more contractors were like him.
The work that was done was fantastic and professional. They made everything organized and very clean. Couldn’t ask for a better service. Thanks!
Extremely happy with the service and time the technicians spend to complete a well executed visit. Excellent attention to detail, quick response, and quality service. TE has installed one of my hvac systems and repaired the other. Great work! I've had 3 technicians out so far for repairs and installations and…
They installed a mini-split AC / heat pump. I was happy with the installation and the technicians. When they discovered the original electrical service wasn't sufficient, they put in a new run from the panel for no extra charge. I very much appreciated that. They were about $1,000 more than another competitor, but…
Excellent. Send card to Tom Brown, 130 Beech St., Roswell, gA 30075
I’ve seen work from the Electrical department and now I’ve seen Heating & Cooling. Raul and his assistant were awesome. They really went above and beyond on the coldest day this year, 34 degree's with heavy winds. With Georgia’s crazy weather, it even started snowing at one point. These guys didn’t stop! They did a…
We just moved to the area from out of state, and after a strange turn of events with an appliance delivery gone wrong we were without power. I called TE first thing in the morning and they were here fast. We appreciated the company getting someone out ASAP. Carlos was very professional, and got our power restored…
Very professional, timely, knowledgeable and friendly. Will use them again for all their services
TE Certified hires the best people. Hunter was great for the installation of our second furnace and HVAC system. A+ experience again.
TE Certified just installed a new Daikin HVAC system at my home and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Hunter Graham and his teammate were outstanding, punctual, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the process. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the timeline, and made sure I…
Sept 2025 Update - We’ve used TE for several projects now. Everyone has been great. This week we had Garrett, Albert, and Anthony come out to help us with a big electrical repair and a furnace repair and replacement. It was really nice to see Anthony again. It’s always a great sign when the same people still work…
Their Estimator arrived on time and presented several options to consider as replacements for a 19 year old original 3.5 Ton HVAC system in this house we recently bought. He didn't exert any pressure for us to commit immediately, which I appreciated. Later the same day, he called with a better price for the…
We've had great service from TE Certified for both HVAC and electrical. We have home care maintenance plans and have also used them to install many fans and light fixtures. Carlos for our electrical installs has been amazing! Hunter did a great job on our AC install as well.
Austin and team were great. Efficient and communication was awesome on the install.
Deen is an amazing person. The entire company is fantastic. They sent a tech out to check out our unit and Deen the same day to do an estimate. They worked us into the schedule for two days later and brought us a portable unit in the mean time. All of the staff are wonderful and we will continue to recommend them for years to come.
TE goes above and beyond every time. Every technician I’ve had to my house has been really professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs.
We have been using TE for 8 years and they always do a great job. Very professional , reliable and reasonably price. Great company!
Everyone with TE start to finish has been very professional, approachable and easy to work with.
We use TE for all of their service lines across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical and this review is overdue. Kevin Prather saved us during the freeze last winter by getting our outside bibs squared away at the last second with two visits - the second one as the temps plunged! Luis Arizu did a bang up job on what…
Our HVAC died in the middle of a heat wave and TE was fantastic as usual. Austin was on time, professional, and did exactly what he said he would in a timely manner. Would highly recommend TE.
The whole team at TE Certified has been a pleasure to work with from site visit to installation of our new HVAC unit. Raul and his helper laid down pea gravel around the unit and took their time installing which we appreciated. They answered all of our questions and were so pleasant to have around. Very grateful! Thank you!
Anthony, Austin, and their team were great. Have worked with TE Certified many times and it’s always a good experience. Always professional, timely, and clean. Another job well done.
Raul Aviles with TE Certified replaced my AC. He was professionals capable and friendly. He explained what he was doing and reviewed the work after it was done. Nice job.
After putting off the inevitable; finally took the plunge and purchased a complete new HVAC systems for our upstairs and downstairs. The TE crew came on time, worked efficiently and had four new units installed in about 6 hours. Could not be more pleased with the workmanship and integrity of this fine group of guys.…
Charley is the man!
Very professional and excellent work at a great price. Highly recommend!
Austin was very professional and provided me with much needed info on the new operating system. He, as well as the whole crew were very polite and proficient. I am so very glad I chose this business and they sent me this tech for my installations!
Great work on my HVAC system replacement. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it, efficiently and with professionalism.
My wife and I will be doing business with this company for as long as we are own a home. I can honestly say that we have never done business with a single company as TE CERTIFIED, ELECTRICAL . From the beginning to the end you will not find a more professional, personalized, qualified, reliable, respectful, fair,…
I've had issues with my HVAC for years, dating back to when I first moved into my house. In that time I have had quite a few different companies come out to work on the system, and I can say that based on my recent experiences with this one, I'm happy to stick with them going forward. Their technicians are…
