Very professional, explained all of the work in detail & answered all of my questions. Went the extra mile to restore water to our house renting trenching equipment & performing the work manually in absence of other resources. Checked and rechecked his work as it proceeded.

Joey was very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He investigated my issue and found an underlying problem that I had not known about. He also made another repair while he was here. I am very pleased with his service and with the ease of making the appointment and the speed with which my issues were resolved.

My watermain leak repair was a very difficult and complex situation to resolve, but the TE team never gave up, trying different disciplines, until we all were satisfied & happy with the outcome ! Very pleased with the service provided by Ryan Gutjahr and his team to replace the water line from the street meter to the house. He was very professional, explained my options clearly, and completed the work to exceed my expectations. This is my second experience with TE Certified and both could not have been more positive.
