My watermain leak repair was a very difficult and complex situation to resolve, but the TE team never gave up, trying different disciplines, until we all were satisfied & happy with the outcome ! It was a pretty great experience. We had a blockage in our bathroom's drainage system so the toilet would back up into the bathtub.
