Wired some new outdoor lights to be on a timer, but they never worked. Replaced a compressor on an AC unit that wasn't bad. Serviced an AC humidifier unit and forgot to reconnect the drain; water leaked onto the ceiling, which had to be repaired. This company is incompetent and will not warranty their work; they…
Dani was prompt, professional, efficient, informative and communicated clearly. Pleased with entire interaction.

My watermain leak repair was a very difficult and complex situation to resolve, but the TE team never gave up, trying different disciplines, until we all were satisfied & happy with the outcome ! Tommy Pritchett was very instrumental in the final resolution & restoration, and I highly recommend this team.
It was a pretty great experience. We had a blockage in our bathroom's drainage system so the toilet would back up into the bathtub. They showed up on time and were able to rule out it being a septic issue. I can't for the life of me remember the mens names who came out and helped me, but they were incredibly helpful…
I deleted my original review. They ended up fixing and covering all the damaged they caused which was almost $3000 in drywall repairs. Thank you for doing the right thing and taking care of my mother!
This was the 2nd time Andrew came to our house. As usual, he was polite, friendly and capable technician. He gave me a fair quote and accomplished great work in a timely manner with little or no mess to clean up. We really appreciate his expertise. Thank you again.

Zake really looked at everything and made suggestions. He was easy to talk to. Extra precaution for dust and excellent clean up. I can safely say our water system has never been better which is a great price of mind.
Zach and Lucas were assigned to replace a faucet at our home. On time. Communicated great. Explained everything on a way that I understood and made sense. Outstanding technician.
Waking up to a pipe that has busted inside the wall over night and is flooding your finished basement is not ideal. Nicholas came as soon as he could to locate the issue and get the leak fixed. Darren was fantastic. He identified and solved multiple issues. Was very professional. Would definitely ask for him when I need plumbing work.
I loved that TE certified pulled a permit. This is what separated them from their competitors. The permit gave me added security in knowing that the job would be done correctly. My experience with Bryan Veit was great! He came out for a complicated clogged drain and flange repair. He was able to quickly get things under control and repair it. He was very knowledgeable, thorough and extremely kind. He went out of his way to make sure everything was okay and well taken care of.
Professional. Quality workmanship.
Everything since this company has grown,so does their expensive pricing.I purchased a 800 dollar laundry/utility sink and 2,000.00 to install it into my existing washer and dryer line...I might have to start pricing other companies now because my trust for their best competitive price is no longer their concern
Aidan was fantastic in his diagnostic, execution of remediation effort and making a complex situation feel under control and well explained.
Very professional and on time arrival. Great work at the agreed to pricing.
Dani arrived promptly, got us the quote and then applied the patch within an hour or two. While on the slightly expensive side the quality of work was fantastic and fast.

We had an outside water line repair needed. (No water to business and had water cut off at meter) Called and explained situation, the repair crew came to make repair around 3:30 pm but refused to do the job because they didn’t know exactly where the leak was. TE is the only team I trust for plumbing and electrical. After 30 years of owning homes, I value their thoroughness and the fact that their work is warrantied. Jacob was excellent—knowledgeable, clear, and highly qualified. Five stars.

My husband and I were so impressed with Nathaniel's attitude, how professional he was in his explanations and work ethic. The repair looks perfect. Great service from Jordan Nelson. Thank you!
Friendly, provided clear information and was carefull around the house. The only thing I am not giving a 5 star it's because to close the drywall he needs to open to access the pipes was not part of the service. Maybe that's the way it is but I wasn't expecting it.
Dani was polite, respectful and fixed the issue caused by another company!!! Great service!!!

TE replumbed my house 3yrs ago with a lifetime warranty but left an old 1ft piece of copper connected to my hot water heater. Fair pricing, outstanding service, high quality work. I can count on TE services to go above and beyond to assure the install goes well. For example: • TE ran a new power line to my hot tub to replace the old one that was no longer safe. During the process they inadvertently damaged an electronic board in the…
I had a new (strong flush) toilet that clogged daily. I had some plumber look and said we could increase the drain slope (though it was in spec). TE came out and did a scope and everything was fine with the pipe system. Josh showed us it was a manufacture issue with the new toilet and corrected the issue. Josh was…

He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, organized, neat & clean, and easy to work with. I have owned homes since 1990, in three different states, and this was by far the…
This was the only company I used for Electrical and HVAC service since moving to GA in 2021. Over the course of 12 months, I have had thousands of dollars worth of work done by this company. However, as of 11/4/2022 I will never use this company again thanks to the HVAC service manager, Will. If you do find yourself…
This is my first time using TE. The work is done well. When TE asked my feedback. I mentioned it was a little pricy. The manage Ryan called me immediately to discuss the details.
