Very detailed and thorough. He changed out then tub drain and faucet that were leaking and noticed some additional leak points that needed caulking and would be a problem in the future. He communicated throughout and was extremely courteous. I’ll definitely request John in the future. Thank you!

Russ and Kyle (and others) are courteous, professional, knowledgeable and do excellent work!! Love the lighting and appreciate the suggestions that added so much to my home. Wilson installed a dining room light fixture on 12/28 and did an excellent job. He was able to come earlier than scheduled which was great and he was the best!
Joshua was excellent. We had a water leak from our upstairs bathroom down into our living room, literally raining in our living room! Joshua came out on a Saturday and quickly diagnosed the issue. Mike from TE did a great job replacing our broken shower valve. TE was quick and responsive, and Mike was thorough and professional.

Tyler called to let me know when he would arrive and arrived on time. He was able to remove a stuck Moen shower cartridge that another plumber was unable to remove, saving me a lot of money and a hole having to be cut in the wall of my closet. Great job Tyler!
