James worked diligently to fix all of the punch list items .
It was a pretty great experience. We had a blockage in our bathroom's drainage system so the toilet would back up into the bathtub. They showed up on time and were able to rule out it being a septic issue. I can't for the life of me remember the mens names who came out and helped me, but they were incredibly helpful…
I am editing my 5-star review simply because I can never reach anyone by phone. After spending $30,000 plus with TE through electrical, plumbing and HVAC repairs/installation over the last couple of months, every time I call, the lines are busy. All of them. To reach someone I have to leave a text message and…

Difficult toilet replacement job which entailed leveling toilets in 2 bathrooms on an old settled unlevel foundation. Had a great experience overall with Demetric (Dee). He and his assistant went above and beyond when an extra problem came up and they stayed for hours to get everything done right. They also left all areas clean.
Was a great experience. Expected to only take 2 days and maybe could have been done in that time, but it wouldn’t have been perfect so instead of cutting corners they came back for a third. And instead of tying to add pricing because of it, some free stuff was added for the additional “hassle” to me. Chris was…

We’ve been using TE for a few years now and we have our air/heating units looked at twice a year and then, because of the yearly service we pay for, we had an issue with our toilet clogging and overflowing, and they came out, looked it over and got things taken care. talking to JR felt like talking to a family member. Sound advice and caring attitude. Thanks TE !
I selected toilet repair, but they ended up doing nothing. Why? The man went to our bathrooms and said all of our toilets needed to be replaced (4) or our house might flood. This sounded bizarre to us, so we got a second opinion from another person, who replaced the equipment in the tank and we haven't had any problems since.
On Labor Day when my toilet started to leak onto the ceiling below, I pretty much freaked out. I know nothing about plumbing and I am para with the school system so money is extremely tight. Honestly, I was really scared so I researched several companies. I found that TE did not have one single negative review. I…
