Really cooperative and patient on the phone and fixed the problem on my car no issues on my car.
I had to double check their work. For the price, I expect better service. This past time, they diagnosed a bad clock spring but didn't tell me it was covered by Hyundai's warranty extension. They also inspected my engine air filter "for free" but left the airbox unlatched, which caused a new loud engine noise.
I was in good hands through the process. Friendly energetic knowledgeable
Billy Stillson was a great service advisor. I live in Waco and my son lives in Austin and his truck was having mechanical issues. I looked for a good shop with good reviews and found Tech One Automotive. Even though I live in Waco , Bill went above and beyond to help me out. He was quick on getting my truck…
I’ve never felt so taken care of by an auto repair shop. When my car was tboned and totaled, Isaiah really made me feel at ease during an extremely stressful time. He walked me through the process and approached everything with genuine empathy and bona fide professionalism (a hard to find combo, but it’s natural for…
My 1st visit to Tech One was perfect. From my call to make the appointment. I spoke with Billy Stillson, he was friendly, helpful and listened to my concern for my vehicle. I needed an oil change and before I got it done my engine light came back on. The VW dealership did not address the issue in January they just…
Great experience. People you can speak with and they did what they said. Terry was great and help me all the way through. Thanks Terry.
Service advisor Billy was great taking care of everything.
Billy was wonderful to work with. He explained everything throughout the entire process. Worked with my warranty company to get the work approved. Billy communicated excellently keeping me updated on every step in the process. Highly recommend this shop for any work
Always fabulous. I trust few humans. These guys I trust. They have proved this each time I bring in my car for service. Honest mechanics are hard to find and Tech One has won this title for me.
We had amazing service at Tech One. Their customer service and communication is great. They were transparent and honest. We will definitely be using them again for our car care.
How much more can I praise these folks?! 10 Stars! Got me in very early on Monday morning. Courtesy Vehicle to work and had me ready by Lunch. Extremely satisfied Superior Customer service. I recommend them to so many people.
One of the hardest things to find is a good automotive shop, and Tech One Automotive is the best in Austin area. Clean, helpful, fast, and honest work with great staff.
Very pleased with my service. Its always worrying when the CEL comes on. The shop did their due diligence and affected repairs to the part that was the most likely cause. This however did not solve my issue. Tech one took it upon themselves to further troubleshoot the issue in-depth, and traced it back to a benign…
Billy was wonderful! Super insightful guy and very helpful during a stressful time. This is my place, going forward.
Tech One Automotive did an outstanding job on a very challenging car. We brought them a 2014 Cadillac with a salvage title that had sat for years and had serious electrical and power steering issues that made it unsafe to drive. They truly had to play detective. Our advisor, Terry, was excellent throughout the…
Tech One and all of the people there are very amazing accommodating and provide excellent service
Daniel and his team at Tech One did a substantial amount of work on my daughter's car. Their communication and service is the best I have experienced from an auto repair shop in all the years I have lived in Austin. Their prices are fair, and I really appreciated the loaner vehicle. I feel really good about the work…
I was so impressed. Trent and his team really came through for me today. I will be a repeat customer for future maintenence, without a doubt. Thank yall!
These guys are great. They really took care of my wife and I this week with maintenance and and an emergency tire replacement. Not the cheapest, but if you want honest, customer centric, professional service, give them a ring.
I was having a Mass Airflow Sensor issue in my 2015 QX60. I had an afermarket part and the engine light was still on. I called and Billy (AWESOME) explained to me the difference in aftermarket parts vs manufactured (dealer) parts. Appt was made and they even called an Uber for me. No fluff all about the repair and…
Great group of folks, fair and reasonably priced Trent Pappin is always there and ready to help with great customer service. I'll always go back!
This is a very reputable place to have their car repaired. They went above and beyond for me.I am very naive when it comes to serious car repair and they were incredibly understanding and did a fantastic job keeping my 2016 Kia Soul running well.I am officially a fan forever!
The quest for an HONEST and reasonably priced mechanic in Austin led me to the extraordinary experience at Tech One. As a young single female who has often felt taken advantage of and constantly felt the need to fact check all claims and quotes in my previous automotive encounters, I decided to spend some time…
I have been a customer at Tech One for over 20 years and my experience has always been positive. During this period work performed by Tech One has ranged from engine work to routine maintenance. I recommend Tech One as an honest shop that completes work in a timely fashion and is always available to answer questions…
They have been our mechanics for years. No complaints and would recommend them to anyone looking for great service and reasonable, upfront quotes.
Espectacular! Son muy amables y honestos. Hacen su trabajo bien y rapido. Te ofrecen llevarte al trabajo o casa cuando dejas el carro para ser reparado.
My Honda had been running a tiny bit rough for quite some time - when trying to accelerate quickly the engine would bog down and act like it was running rich. The Honda dealership essentially told me I was imagining things and wasn't able to identify a problem. Based on advice from a friend, I called Robert and…
Every since someone sent me to Auto Tech One they’ve been a big big help!! The staffs are kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. They are very honest! My # 1 go to! I brought my vehicles to them several times and they got the job done and they are pretty quick to fixing the problems on your vehicles and getting it…
Best in TEXAS! They really care and WONT FIX THINGS YOU DON'T NEED REPAIRED. IF they tell you it's needed, you will find out soon it was True!
In my opinion, Tech One has definitely lived up to its reputation as being a professional, first-rate place to get my vehicle fixed. I’ve gone back repeatedly, and always received a fast and thorough fix to whatever the issue was. Sometimes Tech One has even fixed issues with my car that other shops could not…
Beat customer service I have received in a long time!! There was a small hiccup in my service, and they went above and beyond to fix it. Customer for life, now!
I was referred to TechOne by my sister about 20 years ago and I’ve referred other family, many friends and posted social media referrals. Danny and David go above and beyond for their customers on many vehicles types (I’ve taken at least 3-4 vehicles to them). They definitely earned my business!
Tech One Automotive is the best. They are honest, kind, and professional. No other auto repair shop compares to Tech One Automotive! They have a lifelong customer in me and my family!
Everyone at Tech One is so Awesome! They have taken very good care of me through the years on both my Honda and my Toyota. I trust them completely and even compared pricing to other reputable mechanics and they are right on target. It's great to know you have honest mechanics that stand by their work with integrity.
Good job. Great attitude. On time (critical)!
I was recommended to Tech One by a dear friend of mine, and they have been my reliable mechanic shop for the last 2 years that I lived in Austin! They are always timely, attentive, and even when I'd been frustrated or confused, they were always patient and took the time to explain to me what happened or needed to…
I have found Tech One to work really well on my car. I love the customer service and they work and with my MaxCare from Carmax
I needed my Reflash and Power Control Module programmed. Everyone I spoke with was very professional, communicative, and accommodating. They went above and beyond on the customer service, even providing transportation all the way to and from my home while my car was in their possession. Most of all, I didn’t feel…
I've only been to one shop in town, but I wouldn't take my Acura anywhere else. They are very honest and fair - they tell you exactly what needs to be taken care of now and what can wait. I like that your service manager can text you or call you.
I have used Tech One for previous issues including getting new tires, replacing an O2 sensor and multiple oil changes, all of which I didn't shop around for pricing on (I now know better). But today, they disappointed me more than I could have imagined. Last week I took my car in because it wasn't starting very…
Excellent, professional service!
The kindest service, the kindest people, and I appreciated how easy this process was!
Outstanding people. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Honors warranty's. Highly recommend.
Tech One is fantastic for car repair and maintenance. I've been taking my cars there for over a decade. I moved away last year, and hope I can find a new local place like Tech One.
I have been using Tech One for more years than I can remember, since they were just a couple of guys in a small shop. I have had nothing but stellar service from them. They have gone above and beyond to help keep our vehicles running without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them, their staff is friendly and…
This place is excellent! It’s so hard to find a mechanic that you can trust to do quality work without trying to upswell or over charge you for services you don’t need. I fully trust them to take care of my car - and being able to make appointments online is so convenient.
Thank you Tech One Automotive! Excellent customer service, friendly and trustworthy which is why you are the only auto repair shop I go to in Austin.
There has only been three auto repair shops that I have trusted, but Tech One has to be my favorite hands down. They have been honest, professional, gotten me out the door with honest prices, and always keep me up to date via in person and email updates on what repairs, oil changes are coming up, and if there are…
I had work done on my car at tech one. I did have trouble after I picked it up it died on me . I contacted David and he had a tow truck out to get me in 5min . They took my car back in and had it fixed right away at no extra charge. I will definitely be using tech one in the future!
Like the no nonsense and honesty. I also am in a small business on Burnet Road and we do pride ourselves in customer quality service. This was our experience with this company. My husband and I will recommend and continue trusting in them with our vehicles.
I’ve been going to these guys for over six years, and refuse to go to anyone else now. They’re always super professional and really nice, the customer service is also fantastic. I recommend them to any family/friends when they say they need work done in Austin.
Friendly honest people that take the time to provide the right services at a fair price. I have used TechOne for my car and recommend them to everyone. Did I mention honest?? Very critical characteristic for auto service.
David, Trent and Danny are solid technically and honest straight shooters. In addition, they are proactive on helping me when I need it. I highly recommend them. I have had experience with others and these guys are heads and shoulders above most on everyone else in their space on both service and cost.
