Wonderful experience with an incredibly courteous and personable staff all around. Brian Costenza will take great care of you specifically! Maintenance was completed quickly and I felt extremely informed at every step of the process. Would highly recommend supporting this business.
I will recommend any and everyone not to waste money and time at this place!!! Over a year ago, my brakes were a nightmare! 5 X I returned!! 5..and I paid an oil change, that wasn't done. I came back to give another chance...you guessed right returned again!!! What's wrong with this place.I believe they pick up…
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Tech One Automotive on Burnet Road! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated the great customer service and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Tech One Automotive to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable automotive shop! 🚗✨
Been a fan and customer of Tech One on Burnet from day one, since they have been open. Trent and the gang have always been honest, efficient, professional, and personable. They do what they say and say what they do- bottom line. Never a surprise or "bait and switch" tactic. They even offer financing if your plastic…
Would highly recommend this place for any car repairs! The staff here goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of. Thank you, Billy!! Can’t wait to come back for future maintenance on my truck.
I’ve been bringing my car to TECH ONE for a couple years now I think I found folks raving about them on Reddit and that’s how I got there in the first place. What I really appreciate it and why I keep coming back is because Billy has been my Service consultant and when I first came in, I was so used to being helped…
I’ve used Tech One Automotive multiple times now, and every experience has been great. The whole team there is wonderful, but Billy has helped me several times, and he’s always been super kind, helpful, professional, and honest. He actually listens to your concerns, explains things clearly, and I’ve always felt…
Carissa is so knowledgeable and answers all the questions I have about my vehicle. I know that I can call her no matter what if I’m having any issues or questions, and she has the answers.
I was BEYOND denying that I needed new brakes, but the thought of the cost was overwhelming. After a family member's recommendation, I stopped by and talked to Dan about what needed to be done. I was upfront in what I could reasonably afford at the time. After checking out my car, Dan was honest about what work…
Had my brakes serviced on my Nissan Frontier and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Isaiah provided great communication throughout the whole process and made sure I understood what was going on with my truck. Everyone should work with Isaiah!
Great service! Fair price Super friendly staff
TechOne Automotive has been consistently excellent. Every vehicle I’ve brought in and every visit I’ve made has been handled professionally and efficiently. Maintenance work has always been done right the first time, with no issues afterward. Reliable, straightforward, and dependable. I highly recommend them.
UPDATE - March 20, 2026 I am updating my rating to 3 stars. The Manager, Austin, personally stepped in to address my concerns. They have now resolved the initial mistakes, and I feel significantly safer driving the vehicle now that the repair is complete. I plan to update again in a few weeks once I’ve confirmed the…
Following up after a month or two. Dropped like $2k here on brakes and AC. Repeatedly (3x, on every contact) told them there was a Freon leak. They recharged the Freon without fixing the leak and guess what— AC stopped working after a month. Brakes squeak whenever I stop. I do wish I had my $2k back.
Always fabulous. I trust few humans. These guys I trust. They have proved this each time I bring in my car for service. Honest mechanics are hard to find and Tech One has won this title for me.
How much more can I praise these folks?! 10 Stars! Got me in very early on Monday morning. Courtesy Vehicle to work and had me ready by Lunch. Extremely satisfied Superior Customer service. I recommend them to so many people.
Great service from Daniel and the whole team. Thank you
They can handle any car repair, are prompt In their services and very communicative! I highly recommend them to anyone!
I visited Tech One Automotive for the B12367 service on my Honda Pilot. The routine maintenance was completed, but I was told during the visit that my rear differential seal was leaking. I had no symptoms or warning signs, so I couldn’t confirm the issue myself. The repair estimate they provided for the seal was…

Tech One has always treated us right- we have been taking our cars here for the last 12 years. Longer than that for my partner. While it’s true that they can be a bit more expensive than other places, we have never had to return a car to be serviced for the same problem twice. They are thorough- they inform you of…
Very thorough and great service!
Great people, great service, and great prices. Bonus points for having a clean and comfortable waiting room to relax or get some work done during shorter appointments.
These guys are great. They really took care of my wife and I this week with maintenance and and an emergency tire replacement. Not the cheapest, but if you want honest, customer centric, professional service, give them a ring.
Great group of folks, fair and reasonably priced Trent Pappin is always there and ready to help with great customer service. I'll always go back!
This is by far the best service I have received in Austin. Danny and the guys go out of their way to explain and help, every step of the way. They are never intimidating and have never pushed for unnecessary repairs. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
The quest for an HONEST and reasonably priced mechanic in Austin led me to the extraordinary experience at Tech One. As a young single female who has often felt taken advantage of and constantly felt the need to fact check all claims and quotes in my previous automotive encounters, I decided to spend some time…
Truly the best mechanics in Austin. I live in Riverside and it's well worth the 25-30 minute commute for the level of service they provide. Thanks for all your help!

I've had my car there for servicing a couple of times and in both occasions they have been very courteous, friendly, and explained everything. They are also very competitive in pricing and did a solid job. They also work with you when things don't go quite right and they make it right. They also offer rides to from…

I had Tech One do a complete brake job on my Mercedes ML 250. The job was done professionally, completed while I waited, and at significantly less than the Mercedes dealer. I will be using Tech One for all my maintenance work.
Everyone at Tech One is so Awesome! They have taken very good care of me through the years on both my Honda and my Toyota. I trust them completely and even compared pricing to other reputable mechanics and they are right on target. It's great to know you have honest mechanics that stand by their work with integrity.
Tech One always does an amazing prompt service for my vehicle. I will continue to recommend them to my friends and family.
I was recommended to Tech One by a dear friend of mine, and they have been my reliable mechanic shop for the last 2 years that I lived in Austin! They are always timely, attentive, and even when I'd been frustrated or confused, they were always patient and took the time to explain to me what happened or needed to…
Everyone at Tech One was a great help. Their prices were competitive, they fit me in their schedule easily, and they even had a shuttle to take me home and pick me back up while my repairs got done! I'm happy they are in the neighborhood.
I've received 20 years of excellent service on all sorts of vehicles from Tech One - Danny and his team are very trustworthy. They make quick work out of big problems. 10/10 I always recommend this group to my friends.
The place is clean, the staff kind and professional, the work always completed on time and competitively priced.
Excellent, professional service!
I only do reviews when the service is so exceptional that I feel it’s justified. I’ve used Tech One twice now and our “second date “ was even better than the first! Every interaction was professional and extremely kind! The work is top notch and priced fairly. Look out Tech One, we’re going all the way on our third date!
Outstanding people. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Honors warranty's. Highly recommend.
I love these guys! Top notch work and straightforward, friendly customer service. They hooked me up with a nice loaner car, which made my life MUCH easier while the work was done. Thanks Tech One!!
I have been taking my vehicles to Tech One Automotive for the past 4 years and I only have great things to say about their service and professionalism. I had work done on my car at tech one. I did have trouble after I picked it up it died on me . I contacted David and he had a tow truck out to get me in 5min . They took my car back in and had it fixed right away at no extra charge. I will definitely be using tech one in the future!
Quick and courteous, always let me know what needs doing and what can wait. My car is in good hands.
Absolutely best auto shop I have ever dealt with! I think we all fear taking our cars in when you aren't sure what's wrong but never hesitate to take it here. Incredible customer service and honest people. A special thank you to David for looking out.
Friendly, professional, cost conscious, customer oriented, fast, efficient, meets expected deadlines
I’ve been going to these guys for over six years, and refuse to go to anyone else now. They’re always super professional and really nice, the customer service is also fantastic. I recommend them to any family/friends when they say they need work done in Austin.
Tech One always provides incredible service, no nonsense and I always feel like I can trust them to fix my car without pulling the wool over my eyes.
David, Trent and Danny are solid technically and honest straight shooters. In addition, they are proactive on helping me when I need it. I highly recommend them. I have had experience with others and these guys are heads and shoulders above most on everyone else in their space on both service and cost.
