Let me tell you about Billy and the team! They took my car and made the entire process a breeze. Calls me daily with updates, worked with me on times, price, issues and when all was said and done have me a loaner car for a few days. I WILL be back for anything I can’t fix on my own. I was wary at first, I’ve had…
I’ve been coming to TechOne for a few years now for all of my car services and repairs. They have continued to show that they are priced competitively, have a quick turnaround, and are honest about their work. I have had my a/c go out twice now since living in Austin - the first time I had the part replaced with…
I love Tech One. I’ve used them about 4 times for some pretty difficult diagnoses on my beloved Land Cruiser. Upon my first call there I met one of their service consultants Terry. Terry is absolutely the best. He’s an extremely chill thoughtful guy who is caring and direct and very knowledgeable. He knows the right…
Had my old (2002) Honda Odyssey repaired at Tech One Automotive. Billy took care of my concerns. He listened patiently and addressed the problem(s) precisely. I needed a new timing belt tensioner. The car was fixed quickly and sounds great now that the rattle is gone. I was treated very well and believe that I was…
We traveled to Austin from San Antonio this past weekend for a family function. Upon our arrival, our car developed issues that we knew would not allow us a return trip home driving it. One family member who lives in Austin, mentioned Tech One was the garage they used. Sunday afternoon we left the car in their…
They have honored their warranty no questions asked. They are always so damm nice. Thanks Terry.
Carissa is so knowledgeable and answers all the questions I have about my vehicle. I know that I can call her no matter what if I’m having any issues or questions, and she has the answers.
Really appreciate these guys - I had a $1900 ECU replacement quoted at one shop, took it here for a second opinion and they found an easy fix that cost me a third of the original price! Big thank you to Maggie for all the help she was able to provide and work she did in finding parts quickly and within budget. Highly recommend!
Billy was wonderful to work with. He explained everything throughout the entire process. Worked with my warranty company to get the work approved. Billy communicated excellently keeping me updated on every step in the process. Highly recommend this shop for any work
How much more can I praise these folks?! 10 Stars! Got me in very early on Monday morning. Courtesy Vehicle to work and had me ready by Lunch. Extremely satisfied Superior Customer service. I recommend them to so many people.
Billy was wonderful! Super insightful guy and very helpful during a stressful time. This is my place, going forward.
Tech One and all of the people there are very amazing accommodating and provide excellent service
Daniel and his team at Tech One did a substantial amount of work on my daughter's car. Their communication and service is the best I have experienced from an auto repair shop in all the years I have lived in Austin. Their prices are fair, and I really appreciated the loaner vehicle. I feel really good about the work…
Easy, fast, and reliable experience
These guys are great. They really took care of my wife and I this week with maintenance and and an emergency tire replacement. Not the cheapest, but if you want honest, customer centric, professional service, give them a ring.
Great group of folks, fair and reasonably priced Trent Pappin is always there and ready to help with great customer service. I'll always go back!
I have been using Tech One for about 10 or more years. I have never been disappointed with their service or what they have done to keep my 2005 auto running like new, If you want a repair shop that you can trust. You have to go to Tech One. I have used them on 4 of my autos. The Best!!!! //// With this old truck of…
This is by far the best service I have received in Austin. Danny and the guys go out of their way to explain and help, every step of the way. They are never intimidating and have never pushed for unnecessary repairs. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.
This is a very reputable place to have their car repaired. They went above and beyond for me.I am very naive when it comes to serious car repair and they were incredibly understanding and did a fantastic job keeping my 2016 Kia Soul running well.I am officially a fan forever!
Excellent work and communication every time. Will continue to go.
As always, they are fair, honest, professional and they do what they say. Check’em out!
Every since someone sent me to Auto Tech One they’ve been a big big help!! The staffs are kind, respectful, and easy to talk to. They are very honest! My # 1 go to! In my opinion, Tech One has definitely lived up to its reputation as being a professional, first-rate place to get my vehicle fixed. I’ve gone back repeatedly, and always received a fast and thorough fix to whatever the issue was. Sometimes Tech One has even fixed issues with my car that other shops could not…
Easily the best automotive shop I have ever been to. Knowledge and friendly staff. Fair pricing, and they will explain in simple terms whats right or wrong with your vehicle and work with you every step of the way.
Tech One Automotive is the best. They are honest, kind, and professional. No other auto repair shop compares to Tech One Automotive! They have a lifelong customer in me and my family!
These guys are always so pleasant. It’s nice to find a place that makes you feel comfortable and that you know are going to give you a fair price.
We were in a real pickle being from out of town. The local Honda dealerships wouldn't even look at our vehicle. Another one wouldn't even answer the hone. Michael Martinez and his gang there, not only looked at our vehicle but while they were conducting the repair, they loaned us a vehicle and allowed us to move…
I've received 20 years of excellent service on all sorts of vehicles from Tech One - Danny and his team are very trustworthy. They make quick work out of big problems. 10/10 I always recommend this group to my friends.
I have used Tech One for previous issues including getting new tires, replacing an O2 sensor and multiple oil changes, all of which I didn't shop around for pricing on (I now know better). But today, they disappointed me more than I could have imagined. Last week I took my car in because it wasn't starting very…
I used Tech One to replace a Power Steering pump on my Honda Accord. I was very impressed with this place for a couple of reasons. They finished the job when they said they would and they actually called me to let me know the car was ready - that doesn't sound like a lot, but the past few places I've taken my car I…
Tech One is fantastic for car repair and maintenance. I've been taking my cars there for over a decade. I moved away last year, and hope I can find a new local place like Tech One.
I have been using Tech One for more years than I can remember, since they were just a couple of guys in a small shop. I have had nothing but stellar service from them. They have gone above and beyond to help keep our vehicles running without breaking the bank. I highly recommend them, their staff is friendly and…
Always great work at a fair price.
We consistently bring our cars to Tech One when we need service.
I had work done on my car at tech one. I did have trouble after I picked it up it died on me . I contacted David and he had a tow truck out to get me in 5min . They took my car back in and had it fixed right away at no extra charge. I will definitely be using tech one in the future!
Excellent service at a great value. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is extremely convenient, have even dropped my repaired vehicle off to me. Recently sent my father to Tech One for a tire and he was very happy with the service as well.
Quick and courteous, always let me know what needs doing and what can wait. My car is in good hands.
Friendly honest people that take the time to provide the right services at a fair price. I have used TechOne for my car and recommend them to everyone. Did I mention honest?? Very critical characteristic for auto service.
