Your appointment time means nothing. I booked on line and it took 40 minutes for them to start and another 40 minutes to complete. Come here if you have all the time in the world to waste sitting around in their lobby.

Overall very good, but in the almost 10 years I’ve been going to Tech1, they missed something!! The inspection expired on 5/25, I’d forgotten about it, so I didn’t mention it & they didn’t catch it .

Got an oil change at Tech One Automotive and they were quick and efficient. They also provided a detailed inspection report, which I really appreciated. Isaiah was great with communication and made the whole process smooth.

One of the hardest things to find is a good automotive shop, and Tech One Automotive is the best in Austin area. Clean, helpful, fast, and honest work with great staff.
Stopped in the other week needing an oil change before the holidays. The turnaround was quick, the price was reasonable, and Terry at the front desk had great customer service.
Isaiah did a great job helping me out with replacing a number of parts on my Tacoma. There was enough to get done that it took 2 days of work but he made sure I was covered with rides to and from work for free till everything got finished up.
