Your appointment time means nothing. I booked on line and it took 40 minutes for them to start and another 40 minutes to complete. Come here if you have all the time in the world to waste sitting around in their lobby.

Great service!! I continue to go to TechOne at 8601 Burnet Rd. Billy Stillson is my service advisor and helped me today. I had everything checked, an oil change, new wiper blades, emissions check and also got a quote on new tires. Handy location and very clean shop. Great prices and always dependable and courteous.
I went to Tech One Automotive multiple times for state inspections and it took an hour every single time even with an appointment. Mind you, I’ve done many of these at other places and they take less than 15 minutes. Staff is nice, but I think the wait is too long.
Brought a truck in to get a pre-purchase inspection on it. Daniel walked us through his inspection and gave us a honest assessment. They are professionals and well worth the drive from South Austin. Not my first vehicle they’ve taken care of and certainly not the last.

Carissa is so knowledgeable and answers all the questions I have about my vehicle. I know that I can call her no matter what if I’m having any issues or questions, and she has the answers.
