We used Teddy's Limo for transportation from our reception venue (Ridgefield CT) to our hotel (Norwalk CT) at the end of the night, and everything went smoothly! They were on time, professional, and reliable, and the price was very reasonable. Exactly what you want when booking wedding transportation. Would definitely recommend!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Teddy's Limo. We used them for transportation from the Hartford area to a hotel in Boston; then for a return trip and they picked us up right at the dock where our cruise ship landed. Driving around in Boston can be very confusing and stressful with the traffic and the tunnels, etc. It was such a relaxing experience to get the car service instead. We didn't have to schlep our luggage across a parking lot or change trains to get there. It was door to door service and the drivers happily helped us with our luggage. Plus toward the end of our cruise, we weren't feeling anxious about having to do the drive home, we knew we were in good hands! Both drivers we had were great. Both were excellent drivers- they were professional and friendly. The cars were clean and comfortable; they had bottled water for us for the ride. Communications with the company was easy and always readily available. The drivers arrived early or on time. Overall a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them for your next trip! I know we'll use them for ours.

Teddys is hands down the best car service in CT. I was introduced to them in 2010 when the company I was working for utilized them as their sole car service company for all business travel. I got so used to the reliability and premium service they provided that my husband and I started using them for all of our personal travel as well as his business travel for the company he owns. I even used them for our wedding limos when we got married in 2014. While they may not be the cheapest service in town, they are the best for a reason. In my opinion, you can’t put a price on the reliability of them arriving on time (always 15-30 minutes early) for both arrivals and departures to airports, the safety of each driver and car and the professionalism of the drivers themselves. Everyone I interact with from customer service at booking or if I need to update them on my travel plans, to each driver I have encountered, is professional, a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond in their service. I have never had a bad experience with this company. Highly recommend.

Had 2 rides for a recent trip. First one was solid. Professional driver who drove safely on the way to the airport. The way home, different story. The driver had headphones in and was using his phone in an unsafe manner. This photo was taken after I said something to him twice, and not the first time we asked him to stay off his phone. This wasn’t for navigation, I could tell he was looking for a YouTube channel to listen to. Shouldn’t have to ask him to follow the law.
Always prompt, courteous and safe. I have used Teddy's many times and have always been happy. Highly recommend!
