Buddy & his team were not only kind and professional, but quick to figure out what was wrong with my car and address the issue. They went out of their way to give me a fair & reasonable price for the repair along with a detailed inspection of my vehicle. I left with confidence that I was taken care of and will be…
My car was overheating and this shop had been highly recommended to me via some farmers in orland, so I knew it was gonna be ok. They replaced a radiator and the breaks of my car and did it before the week was out. Tedious turned not so tedious. Excellent service and excellent communication.
Wow, spoiled for choice of positives. Very knowledgeable technicians, fast service, continuous communication, excellent value for money.
The people working here are so so kind!! They explained what was going on with my car in a way I understood (and I don't know anything about cars) and gave me options to get done what needed to be done. They also let me chill in the waiting room till my husband finished work and could pick me up, and got the repairs…
Got me in the same day at a great price and were really helpful. When the job got bigger they didn't hesitate to get the parts overnighted to help me get back on the road asap. When my other vehicle had a wheel issue the very next day (because of course it did) I didn't hesitate to give them a call and they got it…

As always I experienced a fast but thorough service of my car. I feel like any suggested repairs have always been fair and are well explained and documented.
Great service from start to finish. They replaced my clutch and flywheel, communicated clearly throughout the process, and got everything done quickly. My car drives great now. Honest, professional, and fair pricing. I would definitely recommend them!

Very happy with our experience with Tedious. My daughter just moved to Chico when the check engine light came on. We are very pleased with the fast and professional service we received. Coming from out of town and being unfamiliar with the locations to take our car for repair - I can’t say enough positive things…
Very thorough, very professional. Tedious costs a wee bit more than others in town, but I wont take my car anywhere else. I was refered by a friend, and I am grateful for it.

Shop is clean! Staff is friendly. They explain exactly why you need the maintenance or repair so you dont feel like you're throwing money away. Professional communication and inspections on my vehicle were done for free while they changed my transmission fluid. Complete with full photo report. Will definitely return.
Awesome owner and employees, they kept me informed about what's going on with my car. I feel they are the Best in Chico and will go back to them again
Tedious is absolutely the best mechanics I have ever worked with. Great work and fair prices. If you want a mechanic that cares and works hard to fix your vehicle you have found them.
Tedious Repairs has great customer service! Getting an estimate and setting up an appointment through text was super easy and convenient. They were responsive, professional, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend!

Transmission went out in my SUV. Tedious had it replaced and back to me in 7 days. Best price in town (I got several quotes) and worked with the warranty company to get most of it covered. Car has been running great since I got it back.
Very professional and friendly staff! I've had a lot of work done on my honda and the work they do is high quality for affordable prices!

Great experience using Tedious Repair.
I have an 03 civic, Buddy and his mechanics did an excellent job repairing extensive wear and tear parts on my car and at a fair cost and in incredibly fast turn around considering the amount of work done. I plan on Having Tedious do all my modifications and future repairs. Thanks Buddy Nice meeting you and your family. Robert Collins
GMC YUKON 2004 28$ dollars for a serpentine belt and they wanted 71$ That's almost a 250% up-charge. Wanted 300$ to change an ignition switch that takes 10 mins tops to replace, also wanted 250$ to install the throttle body when its already accessible if you're going to get to the water pump... should only take…
Took my 96 Ford van for a head gasket, but things were severe. Ended up replacing motor and various other parts. Tedious was very professional and thorough. I will be using them for all my automotive needs.
Love this business. Buddy and Michaela know how to run a business! Adam is by far the best mechanic I’ve ever been too! Good job guys 10/10
These guys are great! Its super easy to set up a date and time for drop off that works best for you. The owner, Buddy is very friendly and communicative from the moment you drop your car off till you pick it up. I was able to drive it home the same day feeling much safer and informed of the overall health of my car.…
Always a great experience, fast turn around, & definitely trust them with vehicle’s maintenance!
I love tedious repairs, he did everything I wanted done to my Audi as soon as the parts came in! Also more recently helped get an estimate on another vehicle I own, going out of his way to make sure I was informed. Super nice, excellent service, straight forward and fair priced
Buddy and his team of well qualified technicians always do a great job. I’ve taken my cars to them for nearly 20 years now, at least 3 different vehicles, and I cannot recommend them enough. They’re thorough, hard working and honest. Tough qualities to find in people now a days, let alone a mechanic!!!
Been coming here for a couple years and always happy with them. From the basic oil change to bigger jobs on my truck like A/C repair, I always feel informed and comfortable with the repairs.
