Luis and his team are EXCEPTIONAL. We had them stain and refinish our oak floors and they look incredible. The pictures are raw and unedited, and speak for themselves. The floors literally glow! Before working with Luis, we had a HORRIBLE experience with a previous firm, who left our floors rough, with patchy…
We’ve worked with Luis and the Tello Flooring team on multiple projects now, and every time the results have been fantastic. Luis was incredibly thoughtful from the start, taking the time to consult with us and guide us on the right scope and approach for refinishing our floors. Their quality of work, speed, and…
Luis and his team did an exceptional job refinishing our 100 year old floors back to life, and installing new hardwood to match the rest of the house seamlessly. His attention to detail and craftsmanship is unmatched. He was also incredibly helpful in recommending other reputable contractors, which we had a great…
Luis and his team are the Rockstars at refinishing floors and installation of new ones! They redid ny hardwood floors to the orginal look and transformed my house to the best feeling to come home to. Always refer Tello Floors. Grazie!
Tello Flooring just refinished our red oak floors in our home in West Chester. I spent 33 years in the construction industry and when a contractor does a great job I believe they deserve a good review! Luis Tello was very professional! He communicated the entire process with us, did samples on our floor to make sure…
This is the second job Tello has completed for us - we refinished the original Red Oak hardwood floor on the first floor in 2017 (it is still beautiful), and just completed the stairs and second floor. Their work is beautiful, and they are very efficient and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend!
Fantastic experience, easy to work with and they did an excellent job. I had different colored wood floors in different rooms throughout the house when we bought it. Tello came out and did a great job making all of the floors look consistent and beautiful.
Excellent work product. Very even and clean refinishing with no splash on my new cabinets. I chose a medium brown color to update my orange-hued floors - love it, totally transformed my home. Easy and professional to work with and knowledgeable about wood types. Will definitely use Tello again!
I highly recommend Tello for hardwood refinishing. They were one of the most efficient and respectful subcontractor teams I worked with while renovating my home inside and out. I was set on keeping my original red oak flooring, so we hired Luis and his team to refinish the entire house. This job also included…
Luis and his team did exceptional work for us…the job was complex, with a lot of really difficult to execute details. They made it look easy. I have really high standards for this sort of work, and am thrilled with their approach, ability to problem solve, and execute at the highest level. Thank you :)
Luis Tello and his team are miracle workers. After years of floor damage and multiple estimates, Luis was the only one who truly understood how to fix the issues and make new floors work in my home. He sourced gorgeous flooring, completed the install over a holiday weekend, and his team was professional and…
Tello Flooring is professional, clean, and efficient. They also are excellent at matching finishes
cannot write enough great commentary re: Tello flooring and we have used 3 other local flooring companies over the 35 years we have been in our farmhouse which was built in 1694! Tello flooring pros: 1. estimate: timely and detailed-less expensive options suggested meaning they are trying to help their customers…
Luis, his brother and company did an excellent job on our floors, rehabbing them from a previously shoddy refinishing performed by another company. Luis was open and honest and the work was performed quickly, finishing ahead of schedule. Our house was left remarkably clean afterwards.
Absolutely amazing company!!! I can’t express how professional Luis and his team were. From explaining the process, keeping me updated on how the job was going, and especially having very reasonable prices. Luis and his team took my VERY old floors that have been trapped under carpet and really brought them back to…
We had Tello do a refinishing of our hardwood in our entire house (upstairs and downstairs). This included significant repairs and installation in many areas. Luis and the rest of the crew were excellent and at all times extremely professional and provided expert guidance through the process. The work was of the…
We had a new hardwood floor installed and an existing floor refinished, and we could not be happier with the result. Tello flooring was wonderful to work with throughout the process. They were incredibly accommodating of our schedules, children, and pets. We are extremely happy with our experience and will definitely use them again in the future.
Amazingly efficient, professional - very happy with our floors - thank you!
Outstanding work and equally outstanding customer service! I recommend them highly to all and I would only use them in the future for any wood flooring projects.
Tello flooring did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very professional and did a top quality job refinishing our hardwood floors. I was very impressed with the communication from the start, as well as their efficiency to work as a team during the whole project. I couldn’t recommend them enough!!
Tello Flooring did a great job refinishing our kitchen and family room floors. They were responsive, timely, and did everything they said they would. We enjoyed working with them and would use them again.
They are super responsive, professional, and offer great pricing. They helped me scope out multiple jobs and did an outstanding repair job on my hardwood flooring. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience with the Tello brothers. Highly recommended to anyone looking for wood flooring work.
Such a beautiful job! House was left clean, they were responsive and professional.
Tello flooring was great! They were timely, respectful, friendly, and they did a really nice job.
Luis and his crew were punctual, speedy and professional . The crew was kind and considerate to our home and family. I HIGHLY recommend Tello Flooring. Luis helped me pick the stain and walked me through the entire process! If you’re considering working with Tello, do it! 10/10 recommend.
Luis and his crew were communicative and left everything very clean. We got our bedroom sanded/refinished after quite sometime under laminate flooring with paint stains everywhere and more....looks beautiful now - would definitely call them for future projects.
We had a great experience with Tello Flooring. Luis and his brother were super informative and guided us through the process of sanding and staining the floors in our new house. They took the floors from a dark red oak to a much lighter look that we were looking for. They were professional and got the job done in…
Tello Flooring refinished the 100 + year old wood floor in our Manayunk home kitchen. We thought our job might be too small to be of interest, but Luis provided prompt attention to our project. What a beautiful, careful job they did! With three coats of satin finish, the red pine glows. Thank you, Luis, Martin, Kevin, & Brandon!
We had an excellent experience with Tello flooring. Communicative, on-time, came when they said they would, courteous. And best of all, our floors turned out beautiful. And they left the house clean as could be. We choose them because their estimate was lowest, and we got a great value too.
Our experience with Tello Flooring couldn't have been more professional. The owner has the utmost integrity. Communication was clear and concise during the entire process. Please see the before and after photos of one of the many rooms completed. We had the need for a repair a year later after a separate project and we couldn't be happier. Thank You!
Luis and team did a great job both times we used them - once during a addition and then recently for wood floor refinishing. We were worried about matching stain from Sherwin Williams that was discontinued but they were able to match it 100%. Very happy with the work and the attention to detail to help keep the dust and disruption to a minimum.
Lou Tello and his team did a fantastic job on our floors . The finished product was superb and our home was left clean and “in ready to live in “ quality . I highly recommend Lou Tello flooring ! This was the second job he did for us ! We are repeat customers !
