Great experience with Tello Flooring! Professional, quality driven and completely proficient with their craft.
Luis Tello and his team are miracle workers. After years of floor damage and multiple estimates, Luis was the only one who truly understood how to fix the issues and make new floors work in my home. He sourced gorgeous flooring, completed the install over a holiday weekend, and his team was professional and…
cannot write enough great commentary re: Tello flooring and we have used 3 other local flooring companies over the 35 years we have been in our farmhouse which was built in 1694! Tello flooring pros: 1. estimate: timely and detailed-less expensive options suggested meaning they are trying to help their customers…
Absolutely amazing company!!! I can’t express how professional Luis and his team were. From explaining the process, keeping me updated on how the job was going, and especially having very reasonable prices. Luis and his team took my VERY old floors that have been trapped under carpet and really brought them back to…
Very happy with the Tello Flooring team. They responded very quickly to a needed repair job and completed it equally as fast - color and finish matching some very old out-of-production flooring and getting it installed at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
We had Tello do a refinishing of our hardwood in our entire house (upstairs and downstairs). This included significant repairs and installation in many areas. Luis and the rest of the crew were excellent and at all times extremely professional and provided expert guidance through the process. The work was of the…
We had a new hardwood floor installed and an existing floor refinished, and we could not be happier with the result. Tello flooring was wonderful to work with throughout the process. They were incredibly accommodating of our schedules, children, and pets. We are extremely happy with our experience and will definitely use them again in the future.
Amazingly efficient, professional - very happy with our floors - thank you!
They are super responsive, professional, and offer great pricing. They helped me scope out multiple jobs and did an outstanding repair job on my hardwood flooring. Highly recommended!
We worked with Tello on a repair to a section our 100 year old floors. Luis took great care in sourcing replacement floorboards and finished them perfectly to match the existing floor — you would never know they weren't original! It was a pleasure working with him as well, he was helpful with answering questions and…
We had a fantastic experience with Tello flooring for our floor polishing and refreshing. Luis did a great job explaining and reviewing the process and we were very happy with the results. Everything was very clean afterwards and professionally done. I can't say enough good things and the outcome was beautiful. Thank you so much !
Luis and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our hard wood floors in our home. They also did a great job with smoothing out imperfections that were there with the sub flooring so that the new hard wood laid down perfectly. Amazing quality, I would highly recommend using them and would use them again!
Tello Flooring is an absolute gem! Dealing with them was a real pleasure. Luis Tello responds promptly to phone calls, explains options clearly and patiently, shows up and does the work when he says he will, and goes out of his way to be helpful. The workers on his crew are pleasant, professional, careful, and…
Luis and team did a great job both times we used them - once during a addition and then recently for wood floor refinishing. We were worried about matching stain from Sherwin Williams that was discontinued but they were able to match it 100%. Very happy with the work and the attention to detail to help keep the dust and disruption to a minimum.
