Amazingly efficient, professional - very happy with our floors - thank you!
We had an excellent experience with Tello flooring. Communicative, on-time, came when they said they would, courteous. And best of all, our floors turned out beautiful. And they left the house clean as could be. We choose them because their estimate was lowest, and we got a great value too.
Tello Flooring was recommended to me by my Sister. Luis and Martin were wonderful. They went above and beyond to make us happy. My hardwood floors are beautiful!
We cannot say enough about how positive our experience working with Luis and his team was. We were on a tight timeframe to refinish every floor in the house before we moved in. Luis accommodated our aggressive timeline, even though he was already very busy. He takes tremendous pride in his work and holds himself…
Tello Flooring was a pleasure to work with. We had new hardwood floors installed in our living room and three bedrooms and had the stairs to the second floor refinished. There were a few delays in communication during the planning process (probably due to COVID craziness with suppliers), but once the job started…

He came out in a timely manner, explained how my floor would be finished, quoted a cost, began the following week & finished in "2" days. My…
Luis and his crew were awesome! I had a few people come out for estimates and he was the one who actually explained the process and made sure I was aware of what he thought needed to be repaired or replaced instead of talking over me or dismissing what I had to say. As a young, first time homeowner in Springfield I…
Luis and team were very professional and the finished product exceeded our expectations!
Luis Tello offered the most professional, personable, and skillful contracting services. Our floors turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Tello flooring.
Excellent work! Great company to work with. I would highly recommend them.
I very highly recommend Tello Flooring! We were in a rush to have our hardwood floor repaired and refinished for our nursery. We had just been blown off by another contractor and it turned out to be blessing because we were so pleased with the work done by Luis and his team. We contacted Tello Flooring and Luis…
