Excellent service as always. The technician arrived. Elieser Rosales. Eli likes his work, and the company. That attitude goes far. Eli is very people oriented and knowledgeable about the Job at hand. I certainly give Eli a five star rating..
Eli provided excellent service for our HVAC inspection as well as changed all the filters. He gave us a thorough review of the status of our system. Highly recommend!
I wanted to point out that Temperature Control also has great customer service when you’re calling over the phone. I must have called the office over 20 times from April 2025-May 2026 either regarding my mother’s HVAC system or the new one I had to install in my house last month. Laura and Lisa Marie answer the…
Eli is brilliant. Taught me some great pointers for care. He is kind and informative. Look forward to having him back. Alexis

No AC means no time to waste!! Temperature Control scheduled us immediately! Isailan emailed 30 minutes out to tell us he was on the way. Neat, clean & extremely professional. Went to work troubleshooting our problem and came up with solution in hardly any time at all. Had the new part on hand, batta bing, botta…
Carlos, the Temperature Control Technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and informative. He arrived to do routine maintenance on the HVAC system. I have had a routine maintenance contract for a few years now and have not been disappointed.
Carlos G was knowledgeable and professional. He completed a detailed inspection of my HVAC system and offered various options to keep it running efficiently during the winter season. Our technician, Jeff Elrod, was very thorough and efficient. He noticed an issue with our AC unit during a routine maintenance check up. He ordered the part and returned a few days later to fix the issue before it became a bigger problem. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you!
The service technician Carlos Grageda, was courtesy, polite, and very professional! I WILL! recommend this company. They were on time, and scheduled me for next day service! Amazing. Thank you Temperature Control!
From quote to install was a great experience! Each tech was polite and professional and arrived when promised. After one week, my new Trane XV20 is cool and quiet! I definitely recommend TC. Thank you Jeff, Dean, Claudio, Eddie, and Julian. Class act.
Julian did out duct cleaning and pressure testing. Very professional friendly and knowledgeable. He shared everything with me and gave me tips on how to make my house more comfortable. Definitely enjoyed my experience with him.
We’ve used Temperature Control, Inc. for our HVAC service and couldn’t be happier! Tony was amazing on the first two visits, the plumber came to do some outside plumbing work, I wasn’t there, but we spoke, very helpful and made helpful suggestions. The 4th and 5th visits were HVAC duct service: Eddie, Jorge, and…
Good afternoon, I want to acknowledge the outstanding job performed by your young technician, Elieser Rosales today. He performed the pre-summer on my A/C unit and was a true professional. He explained the "how and why" during each step of the procedure. As a 30-year military retiree, I've worked with apprentice and…
Great service and very professional and kind technician that was sent to do a maintenance. Eli is great and we appreciate his service and education
Eli was very nice, polite and very helpful. . I strongly recommend this company to everyone
Alex Wickstrom took the time to educate us on the inefficiencies of our system. Not once did I feel pressured. Everything he did was based off facts and told us what may happen if not replaced. Definitely recommend Alex for all your hvac needs!!
Alex, Dean, Claudio and their helper that installed our AC for our garage were amazing. They answer all questions. Clean up after themselves. We also had issues with home AC and they came out they were again, very professional & answered questions.
Eli was terrific. We are now on a maintenance plan that is a good fit for our needs. Even though I know nothing about heating and air conditioning, Eli didn't talk down to me. He gave me a good education. We are thrilled to have Temperature Control here.
