Very nice and professional! Got HVAC whole system replaced. Our technician, Robert Stroud, was amazing. I asked him to do couple extra things and he was happy to help.

Everyone is always professional and always do a wonderful job Thank you so much to all
I really appreciate being able to have our rooftop furnace/air conditioner serviced while we were away. Our technician arrived on time and immediately went to work and finished in a very timely manner.
Jeff Elrod Came to look at an older mobile homes AC unit - he was knowledgeable, professional, and able to fix our issue with the AC. They also were transparent with costs and got it done that same call . I would highly recommend this company and specifically this technician. Thank you Jeff !!
Carlos was professional, informative and very helpful and courteous.
Punctual and did the requested maintenance work. Nice and was very competent. I will use the company again.
We had condensate dripping from our in-ceiling mini-split air conditioning units. Temperature Control scheduled a prompt service call. Jeremy Oliver kept us advised of his arrival time and was a pleasure to work with. The problem is fixed and he helped us understand routine maintenance tricks to keep our units running well.
Jonathan was respectful, patient, and hard working! We had the pleasure of working with several other crew members who were just as great. Would highly reccomend Temperature Control!
Polite technician who explained his work and finished his work promptly. Came on time. 0
Leak detection system thay recommended has done exectly what they said it would, detected small problems before they became big problems. Service of the entire team is phenomenal.
Our summer maintenance tech was Eli was on time and a true professional. He did an excellent job communicating the system details to us and suggested we do some preventative maintenance, which he was able to complete in the same service visit. I would recommend Temperature Control for your HVAC service.
We had AC maintenance with Carlos who was polite, knowledgeable and did a great job.
We have a service plan with Temperature Control and we had our Spring maintenance done today. Jeremy was the technician who came and was extremely personable and informative. He showed me photos of what was going on with the capacitor and he explained why he needed to replace it, but because we have the service…
Friendly guy, efficient
Excellent service and follow through on repairs and new installation.
Great job Charlie, very professional, thanks Temperature Control
We are glad we hired Temp Control. Expert, friendly staff everything went smoothly. We will be long time customers.
I’ve been with Temperature Control for about five or six years, and they’ve maintained my AC and heater throughout that time. They’ve always been helpful, respectful, and never pushy. They don’t try to upsell you on every visit—if there’s an issue, they let you know, and it’s completely your choice whether to move…
Been with TempCon since the late 1990's. Always received professional and quick service. Technicians like Adam always explained for this layperson the service they performed and were quick in performing it. They also have a great warranty program which saves me money.
Very friendly and efficient, would recommend their services
Thank you for being available same day and next day service. Your service man was patient and explained the details I was expecting. Appreciate your time !
Every Temperature Control technician I have had come to my home has notified me of their arrival time, arrived at the scheduled time (or let me know they would be delayed), and performed flawlessly and professionally! I highly recommend this company for all services they offer!
I was out of town. The technician gave me the information over the phone. He was able to get some information from my grandson. He contacted me of his process and what needed to be done. What want to give him the praise he deserves.
Temperature Control was very professional and I loved how they advised me on cost, suggested lower options and performed their services very well. It was clear that the technician knew what he was doing and completed the tasks in a timely manner.
Jeremy Oliver with Temperature Control came out today to do our routine maintenance check. He was very informative and should us how safe our system is as well as what we can do to keep it as efficient as possible
I have complete confidence in the quality work Jeff has done for me.
Great service. Clear and direct
mr.graves did a good job and was very professional
Technician is very knowledgeable and professional . My issue is Temp. Control charged over $400.00 that took technician 10 minutes to install for a less than $100 part . Part was recommended but did not affect function of A/C. I admit it is my fault for agreeing to install without doing due diligence. So…
Appt. was for HVAC and Master Cool maintenance.Technician (Jeremy Oliver) was professional, and did a great job of explaining deficiencies that were going on with my cooler and HVAC system, using pictures taken with his phone. He also discussed the options for solutions in clear, easy to understand language which I much appreciated.
Temperature Control has always worked out well for me. Very friendly and prompt. I just wish their technicians would stop trying to sell me things. They hadn’t done that for several years but this visit the tech tried to sell me an electric air filter and didn’t give up easily. I still highly recommend Temperature Control.
These folks are really great to work with. Friendly, thorough, and professional. Simply, they do the job right! My technician for my spring service was Eli Rosales and I could not have been more pleased. Not only does he communicate well, he treats my equipment like it's own and always wants to make sure I'm…

We hired Temperature Control to repipe our entire house. Ed Cervantes was the lead plumber…
Eli was great, on time, friendly, knowledgable service tech... He sent photos of all he did to our Bosch Heat Pump, resetting of the thermostat,,

Update 5/20/24. I have Temp-Con regularly service both of my AC units. Yesterday the older unit went down. My technician, Jeff Elrod was here two hours after I called. Tony and Justin called us to let us know they were on their way. They gave us a very accurate arrival time. Once here, both gentlemen wore face masks and booties over their shoes. Wow, Temp Control has it correct with customer service, rating is 20 out of 10. We bought our house in 2021 and the purchase included a 3 yr Maintenance/service agreement. The previous owner purchased the agreement soon after Temp Control installed the new hvac system. We were told by the first Tech to inspect the…
They are great about communicating and are knowledgeable and really work to get things right.
Great job by Alex, very thorough, explained everything, highly professional. My go to heating/cooling company.
This is the 4th Plumbing job this company has done for me. All jobs have exceeded my expectations in outcome! UPDATE: I just had a free AC Unit inspection done and was so impressed with the tech (Jeff Elrod) that I signed up for a 5-year AC Maint. contract!
Consistently professional, on-time, and well priced.
They were very fast to come out and do system maintenance.

These guys are legit. I love the workers of this company--they're always hard working, polite and very focused. I don't care if they're installing AC units or just giving service. We love them all and appreciate them. They communicate well and do a good job.

Always quality professional service
Annual maintenance: Tyler did a great job explaining the maintenance of unit, performed a good inspection of all capacitors fans, compressor, switches, and drainage. Cleaned coils outside with cleaning agent and water, recommended maintenance parts and future service options.
Dean is a very professional technical and salesman.
I received an unsolicited "free" AC inspection from HVAC contractor Temperature Control. I was suspicious, so I checked and they have a high BBB rating. I like free, so I consented to the inspection. The tech had all kinds of high tech equipment that showed Freon levels on his smart phone and an electronic sniffer…
Good service and very professional but extremely expensive.
When my air-conditioner died, Temperature Control not only recommended a reliable system but provided an economical price back in 2015. They have been taking care of my unit each year. They are very reliable, dependable and the technicians are very knowledgeable.
The professionalism of all the employees was impressive. The quote was competitive and every person involved from the proposal to install and after, arrived on time or early, explained process(es) to me. They cleaned up after themselves and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them! Thank you Temperature Control!!
Was told by a different company that my compressor on my ac unit died. Was looking at a $5000. repair. I wanted a second opinion so I called Temperature Control. Got a same day appointment. Tech Phillip came did a diagnostic and determined it was not the compressor but the compasitor. Less than $1000.00 to fix.…
After I had my last experience with the plumber, Saul was his name, He was GREAT! We had our kitchen sink clogged and he came over to snake it! He was on time, awesome! I have been with Temp Control for 6 years. They are very reliable. I want to say Thank you to Autumn for helping me with a billing question. She was very friendly and professional. Autumn answered all my questions and explained everything in detail to me. It was nice to have someone take the time to do that and actually care!
Dean was professional. He knew what he was doing. Very honest and he explained everything clearly.
Jeff and Juan came out today to clean and test my HVAC system. They did a great job cleaning out the interior coil, exterior unit and blower motor. TC will be out again next week to replace some of my rusty old duct work. No more swamp cooler but still traces of the mess it left behind. I recommend this company!
I was extremely impressed with this company and our technician Shawn. Would highly recommend him for his honesty snd quality work
I was blown away by how thorough Tony conducted his check of our two HVAC systems and our garage split unit. I was so impressed with him I signed up for a one year maintenance contract!

After having 10 different companies come out purchased an HVAC system and water heater from Temperature Control just over a year ago. Their personnel and service have been top notch. Always friendly and personable. Highly recommend.
Outstanding visit by the service technician. Very polite and explained things in a way that I could understand. Sadly, I need to spend a lot more money now but it is because of his diagnostics that will save me from having to replace the entire AC unit. The maintenance checkup probably saved me $10,000 in…
Tony was fantastic! He was so patient and explained everything to us. He was friendly, easy to work with and was not a fast talking salesman. This company cares about their customers!
Dean Pyle came out to do a maintenance check on our air conditioner. He was so knowledgeable and informative. He explained everything that he was doing as he went along. We were very impressed. He was also very friendly. 5 stars for Dean!
Do NOT use this company! I purchased an AC/Roof Pack system almost 2 years ago, and with that purchase came a 10 year MFG Warranty and 2 years of bi-annual check-ups by this company. Each time the "supposed" tech came to my house it was merely a ploy to push me to buy something else, from water heaters to whole…
Had our Annual A/C Checkup and install of an internal surge protector done today. Tech Justin Hammer that completed the appointment and job was very professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service rep. for Temp Con . Now we are ready for Summer. Thanks Team Temp Con .
Great service. Explained everything they will do and informed of every step they take.
Fantastic customer service! We have 8 coolers in our shop that needed work before the summer hits. They promptly set up an appointment, showed up on time, estimated all the work and finished all 8 in the same day! Highly recommend this company

Took care of a minor problem. Batterieswere dead in thermostat. Jeremy Oliver did a remarkable job.
Shane was on time, friendly, helpful, and informative.
So glad I found this company. They sent out a tech named Michael in a timely manner. This young man is hands down the best. Nothing like the a$$ wagon another company sent out. I will continue to use this company and request Michael for future services.
Shane with Temperature Control did a great job and is very informative!
Extremely professional and trustworthy
Installed new water heater. Also removed and re-I stalled air handler to repair leak damage. Beyond impressed with their single minded dedication to doing the very best job possible. I will seek the services of this company again, and I give them my highest recommendation.
