Very nice and professional! Got HVAC whole system replaced. Our technician, Robert Stroud, was amazing. I asked him to do couple extra things and he was happy to help.

This is the best HVAC PEOPLE IN TUCSON HANDS DOWN ORDERED A WHOLE HOUSE AND A NEW MINI SPLIT ON A THURSDAY ALL DONE NEXT DAY GREAT FOLLOW UP
Everyone at this business is professional and pleasant. Albert Gianquinto, the sales manager that I did business with, presented satisfactory detail about the various AC options that I was interested in. Once I decided on the unit I wanted, it was obtained and installed in a matter of a few days. The time…
Robert & Ryan, did a great job. Arrived on time and finished as promised. Answered all our questions and were respectful of our home. A+ we expect the next phase duct cleaning & sealing will go as well.
Robert and Jorge replaced the AC/Heating unit on my house. They were very professional and did a wonderful job!
Customer for 10 years. Completely satisfied.
After frustrating experiences with other contractors who installed an oversized system, Temperature Control was a breath of fresh air. They took the time to analyze our home's actual duct capacity and didn't just guess at the right size. They showed us the data and helped us select a correctly sized 3-ton variable…
We had a great experience dealing with Temperature Control as company. Their customer service is phenomenal. Kudos to Pat assessing & coordinating what AC will best suit our needs-we chose Trane. They have the best pricing in all Tucson. To Tony & Robert for installing our hvac system-very trustworthy & very…
In January 2024 we selected Temperature Control to replace a water heater and associated plumbing and circulation pump. Eddie Cervantes performed the work starting with an assessment of the problem (which was an erosion leak of one of the copper pipes causing a massive water leak). He prepared a plan of replacement…
Eddie and Horhae did a great job installing our Trane Variable Speed attic split units. Allen did a great presentation to explain all the options and choices. Wonderful job Temperature Control Inc
I've worked with Temperature Control for 10+ years and have always found the technicians to be knowledgeable and friendly. Techs Claudio and Robert replaced my HVAC system yesterday - they were professional and completed the installation in record time - I could not have asked for more! Kudos to both.
Update 5/20/24. I have Temp-Con regularly service both of my AC units. Yesterday the older unit went down. My technician, Jeff Elrod was here two hours after I called. He quickly found a broken wire and repaired the unit - 15 minutes total and NO CHARGE! I will probably be a Temperature Control customer for life! We…
Great service. Tyler was personable, knowledgeable, and professional. He explained everything completely and allowed us to make the decision ultimate ourselves. Highly recommend Tyler and this company. Thanks again. 😊
Awesome team, very professional, punctual, helpful and knowledgeable , very reasonable prices on A/C installation.
I have been working with temperature control for approximately 10 years on multiple homes. I have had my entire air conditioning system replaced on one home and a brand new installation on my new home. Temperature control has always been amazing with all service, installation, and maintenance needs. There is always…

Cesar, Alex and Tony were very helpful and professional. I love getting a text with their picture on it before they arrive so I know exactly who is showing up at my door. Whenever we’ve had a problem, they are on it! I definitely recommend Temperature Control!
This is the second time I use this company in the last few years for major work. They are absolutely outstanding! Their customer service and workmanship are second to none. Today I had Colton and Mike install a new water heater and I couldn't ask for a better crew and service. I HIGHLY recommend this company.
Service call on a 20-year old AC unit was within 5 hours when I contacted Temperature Control. Installation was within 2 days. I knew I was on borrowed time and can’t thank Jesus and the team enough for such fast and excellent service!!
Lemme tell ya: 2.5 years after buying a house that was gut-rehabbed in 2018, we did NOT plan on replacing one of our A/C units. Our thought? Maybe the company who fixed it for us the 2 previous years just didn't do it right (pro tip: they did not). The bottom line? We were looking at paying to have the leak repaired…
They respond very well to accommodate your sch. They are always professional. They get the job done right and ontime. I have no issues with any of tye work They have done for me.
After I had my last experience with the plumber, Saul was his name, He was GREAT! We had our kitchen sink clogged and he came over to snake it! He was on time, awesome! Very good company. Anthony from Temperature Control came out to advise us and give us a price to replace out 26-years-old heat pump. He’s knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Jeremy came out today and was awesome.
We had a storm overturn our outside cooling unit in August. Our system was less than one year old purchased and installed by a different company. We called the original company to help us take care of our issue. Because we were dealing with our insurance company for a claim, the original company kept stringing us…
After having 10 different companies come out purchased an HVAC system and water heater from Temperature Control just over a year ago. Their personnel and service have been top notch. Always friendly and personable. Highly recommend.
My wife and I have had our air conditioner and hot water heater replaced using Temperature Control. Albert was a wealth of knowledge when it came to our AC, and John told us all the pros and cons when we decided to get a tankless water heater, so we were the most comfortable with our decision. We also have used…
Do NOT use this company! I purchased an AC/Roof Pack system almost 2 years ago, and with that purchase came a 10 year MFG Warranty and 2 years of bi-annual check-ups by this company. Each time the "supposed" tech came to my house it was merely a ploy to push me to buy something else, from water heaters to whole…
I am a return customer. Daughters house got a new AC, and furnace yesterday. Trane is a great product Thanks. Jo Ann Powell .
Staff was very friendly and responsive to any questions I had. From the guys coming and quoting the job to install I experienced nothing but professionalism across the board. I highly recommend Temperature Control.
We had a new A/C and Humidifier system installed by Temperature Control in December of 2020 and are completely satisfied. They have the most knowledgeable Technicians we have ever encountered. Here are a few that have excelled: John Mancini, Donavan Graves, Tim Brackett, Pablo Lopez, Julian Vargas, Joseph, Dan and…
On The first two days Dean and Donovan Spent a total of about 12 hours trying to repair our furnace. They were thorough, polite, explained what they were doing and why. At the end of day 2 they came in and explained why we needed to replace at least the furnace and recommended due to the age of the AC unit that we…
Temperature control has done a great job meeting my expectations after replacing my entire unit a couple years ago. Since then, technicians like Shane Rodems have performed routine maintenance to ensure everything is running well. He addressed a concern of mine and it was a pleasure to speak with him. This has been a fantastic company to do business with.
We contaced Temperature Control after experiencing some frustration with the company that installed all of the HVAC units in our community. We found Temperature Control, it was like the heavens parted. Everyone at this company is very professional. Their techs know what they are doing, and when you schedule…
Tony III came out to service our 2-year-old Bosch unit. He was extremely helpful and made sure we understood all the details. So appreciative of the good service from this locally-owned company.
Temperature control originally installed the a/c and have been the ones who maintain it. Dean did a fantastic job doin the maintenance and explaining everything. I can also say that everyone that has come over the years has been professional and knowledgeable. In the office Laura has been awesome with the any follow…

I use Temp Control for AC install & plumbing service. Although prices can be high, the quality of work and service is professional and reliable. Manuel V. replaced a leaking faucet outside. He is knowledgeable and provided insight to future plumbing upgrades and took the time to show me how to turn off the main…
Over the years, I've had my share of HVAC companies come out. Temperature Control has by far exceeded expectations. I use them now exclusively for my rental properties as well as my home. Shane came out on their last inspection and he was very informative and knowledgeable. Thanks Shane!
Great experience with the company and the tech Michael. I had the AC replaced at my work. He handled everything quickly and pleasantly. Also did a great job cleaning up after and was very professional. Overall a fantastic job.
Michael is very professional / Clean on his installs / Definitely keeps it 💯
I had a new system installed. I developed a leak in my roof after their install. After a month of phone calls and trying to get someone to respond to the problem, nothing. They don't call back as promised. They haven't made any attempt to correct their damage.
I had been looking for a good company that installs AC. I had contacted several companies in town who had given me outrageous prices. I didn’t wan to go thru another summer with my old swamp cooler. I had one last company to try and it was Temperature Control. Albert came to my home, inspected it and told me the…
The guys came out early Saturday morning at 6:00 am, and was done by 9:00 am. Very good direct Trane 2-Ton Heatpump HVAC package unit replacement. Great Job Donovan.
From the start all of the employees have been professional and courteous. 100% happy with the entire experience. Highly recommended!!!
Very thoughtful and though while explaining our options and pricing
Today 4/23/21, a service technician, Danielle Van Eckhoutte, from Temperature Control, came for a spring maintenance checkup to insure my AC was in its best shape and performance for the coming summer months. My HVAC system was installed by Temp Con in 2015 and was delighted with their product and service. Today,…
Claudio and Rinaldo were very careful when in the house and their work was very well done.
great knowledge of products and explaining them as needed to me so I can get a better understanding what I was purchasing. I replace my AC unit and very happy with his recommendation. Thank you Sean Davis and Dean Pyle
In the last six months, Temperature Control has installed five central air conditioning/heating systems in some of the homes we manage. As an absentee owner of this property I was looking for a HVAC company that I could trust to be fair, honest and professional. The people at Temperature Control were all of those things and much more. I couldn't be more satisfied.
Excellent sales people and work force
Prompt service, great costumer service, reasonable price, great technicians professional.
It is so refreshing to have a positive experience with a business. Temperature Control is top notch! My A/C unit was past its prime and when it finally gave out, I was apprehensive about beginning the process of finding a company I could trust. Every step in the process with Temperature Control, from the initial…
This company is the best. I was referred by my Dad but they earned my business after meeting with their awesome team. I appreciate the confirmations on appointments and the name of the rep as well as the photo to know who to expect. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. I cant thank them enough for…
