I had several things done over the past months for maintenance on my 2004 Lexus GS430. They are always professional and pleasant to deal with. What like is they inspect and provide information on things that need to be done soon, and also about things that may need work in the future, but they do not push you or try to upsell. It’s an honest shop.

He was straightforward and honest about the repairs I needed and why, explaining each part in an easy-to-follow way, and his whole team was friendly and professional. I think these guys are great. They have had ample opportunity to overcharge me and haven’t. I really like their online system seeing and approving work. They’ve always helped me out in a pinch. They’re in a random location but don’t let that worry you! Would recommend.
