I had several things done over the past months for maintenance on my 2004 Lexus GS430. They are always professional and pleasant to deal with. What like is they inspect and provide information on things that need to be done soon, and also about things that may need work in the future, but they do not push you or try to upsell. It’s an honest shop.

He was straightforward and honest about the repairs I needed and why, explaining each part in an easy-to-follow way, and his whole team was friendly and professional. Just moved to the area and needed to have some work done on my car. I think these guys are great. They have had ample opportunity to overcharge me and haven’t. I really like their online system seeing and approving work. They’ve always helped me out in a pinch. They’re in a random location but don’t let that worry you! Would recommend.

Really friendly crew. Detailed breakdown of what needed to be fixed with included pictures through text. Nice website to select what work to accept. Prioritized what needed to be done with no push back on what I wanted to put on the back burner.
Great experience! Easy to make appointment, car finished the same day even though it was more than the oil change I had signed up for. Phil and Tom both helpful and efficient and thorough. I can’t vouch foe the quality as it was just past weekend but all good so far. Seemed about average pricing for whenever my BMW X5 goes into the shop.
