I had several things done over the past months for maintenance on my 2004 Lexus GS430. They are always professional and pleasant to deal with. What like is they inspect and provide information on things that need to be done soon, and also about things that may need work in the future, but they do not push you or try to upsell. I really appreciate the mechanics at Tenelytown Automotive. There is never a girl tax, they are honest about what work needs to be done and how urgent it really is. I had a great experience with a standard oil change! They found a nail in my tire and were able to order a new tire fast and replace it. They never tried to upcharge me or sell me on extras I didn’t need. Very reasonably priced and honest.
