Jonathan always does a fantastic job. On top of that, he's unfailingly friendly and respectful. Terminix tried to place me with a different tech. I made sure it didn't stay that way. I feel badly that he's so busy, but it's his fault for being so good at his job.... Lol.

He is very knowledgeable and makes sure I understand each step as he’s going through the process. Jesse always lets me know when he is going to be visiting our house, checks with me while he is here to make sure I have no insects in the house and then let's me know once he is finished and what he found. Contracted to clean cobwebs, however, they refused to clean them over our pool. I guess they are afraid of water. They said someone fell in so they stopped doing it. That didn’t change the price though.

They had to come back to spray multiple times because the bugs never died. They also did not want to spray in the areas where I told them there was a lot of activity. One technician said they should only spray outside the hose, and another said they should spray inside. This place needs to offer consistent training.
