We paid them $1475, termite prevention. What we thought we were signing was a receipt for the payment for the service. Well it wasn't. It was for them to take $113.00 a month, for doing absolutely nothing. We called them to find out what the $113.00 a month was for. If we had known, we would of never signed a…
Technician David Bass does a great job with quarterly pest control. However Prices continue to increase every year and should be discounted for a customer like me with 4 service agreements; 22 years as a customer paying out over $35,000 to Terminix for services and being a retired Army veteran. I have asked for…
Good Company ! Joshua went above and beyond.

My experience with Terminix started off great with Scott who came out and did the inspection and made his recommendations. He was knowledgeable, explained as he went and took his time. Then things went bad with the next appointment of getting house ready for fumigation (2 technicians sent different times and the job…
The only complaint I have is I work for a living and I've asked be scheduled for after I get off work or a Saturday. And it seems they want to scheduled for hours that I'm at work. It seems it's an issue every time.
I don’t remember the young ladies name, but she was very informative very friendly. We look forward to having her serve our home. She did a great job.

Incredible service and incredible techs. They are hands downt he best in Polk Country
This has been such a frustrating experience. I still have termites and have put several requests in to speak with the branch manager. Today a tech showed up at my house without an appt and still marked the inspection as completed and that there were no signs of termites except no one was home to give him access to…
Ryan and Wesley were very thorough. Explained what they were doing, what they found, and what they did to resolve issues. Very pleasant to work with both of them. They are very knowledgeable and has good communication. I would recommend both of them.
Good service and professional service
My technician inspected and treated my property for pests. I suppose that all "bugs" other than termites, which (to my understanding) is another "special" inspection...which also carries an insurance policy.
Octavio was our technician. He was friendly and did a thorough job. He notified ahead of time when he was going to be here and he showed up on time.
My experience with Terminix was great. Robert Walker was a gentleman and very knowledgeable. He answered every question I had . I highly recommend Terminix Emanuel Bautista did an outstanding job. Terminix is fast and efficient.
The service tech did not walk the backyard even though I was at home. And left without explaining if he found anything.
My local Terminix provider for Davenport does a great job, the technician Elier, today advised me of a problem that wasn’t even related to the service, but he saw it when he was out. It was a good catch and will save me from having a higher water bill.
I'm very pleased with the treatment from Terminix. Initially I booked an appointment online and that appointment was kept on time with a very professional technician.
Carlos Fernandez has always been always helpful , respectful & the most humane person to talk to and hes very understandable especially being a bilingual person with a elderly mother much respect and deserve a raise for Carlos Fernandez in my opinion
Terminix is good, but i believe theyre overrated. Staff are corteous no doubt, theyre punctual, good customer service most of that i met when they see my house. Few things i can say is that they over price the service i dont think its fair. Ive searched other prices for the service and theyre not that bad compare to…
Wesley is always my go to terminix man. He is very professional. Always takes into consideration my exotic birds and my German shepherds dogs. Always reassures me if I have any trouble to give him a call. Which I've never had to do that. Great service.

Technician is outstanding.
I’m in Davenport and Johnathan is always on time and keeps an open line of communication. I haven't seen any ants since the start of his service. He is always clean and super friendly. Would recommend 100%.
used raid to control tiny ants that would show up in my kitchen & bathroom but that was only a temporary fix... since I tried Terminix about 5 years ago haven't seen any ants or any other insects at all! TOP NOTCH!
We have had Terminex for over 10 years. The technicians are always friendly and prompt. They listen to concerns and are very responsive. We recently added Termite Protection and Exclusion due to some neighborhood issues. We live in central Florida so this is always a big concern. Mike H. is always fantastic to deal…

Our pest control tech, Jessie Short is absolutely wonderful. Always 100% communication, and zero issues after he is gone. Highly recommend.

John the manager is a stand up guy and Felix did an awesome job!
Great communication. I was not in town but they kept me up on every step of the process.
Terminix seems willing to keep coming till our pest problem is resolved. Our old pest control could not rid us of our German roaches. Terminix kept coming back till they were gone. It's been three years now without a roach in sight. Hooray!
"Erick the gentleman that came out to perform our annual inspection was extremely patient, knowledgeable and helpful. He offered possible solutions to issues that we had. He was very thorough with inspecting and replacing the bait traps. He helped me learn about services that I was not aware that Terminix provided."
They gave me good advice
Set up termite inspection and they never showed up and not even a phone call!! I'm going to cancel my other services with them
Very good 👍, no more roaches inside my house.

Great company. The Technician “Felix” is very knowledgeable, professional and always on time. Always provides me with an overall report on any activity found and performed services. Would recommend this service to anyone in need of pest control. Very satisfied with their service. Sincerely, Dominick
Wesley was super friendly and was able to answer all my questions while also recommending a few things for our house that I had not noticed before.
Erick Rodriguez is our technician he is very acknowlable, polite and friendly very professional he is the core value of Terminix he deserve a 5 star 🌟 rating
Simply the best!! A little more cost wise. But you have to pay a little more to get the best and most effective pest control!!
Teechnician was fast and courteous.
They had to come back to spray multiple times because the bugs never died. They also did not want to spray in the areas where I told them there was a lot of activity. One technician said they should only spray outside the hose, and another said they should spray inside. This place needs to offer consistent training.
Good service and I'm extremely satisfy with the results.
Check all traps
Good service, good people
I have used Terminix for both termite and general pest protection for 6 years now. They have always been extremely responsive when I've had a question or issue. They are not the cheapest service in town but they are a GREAT value! I highly recommend them for any pest control needs you might have.
Great protection for lawn and home from all kinds of pests. I was having a problem with ants from a neighbors yard that were making the back yard unsafe for my family and animals. They are also helping to protect our home from termites and the tenting that we have seen recently in the neighborhood. Our technician…
