Highly recommend Terminix! Ratu Bevu is our technician, and he is truly the best. So personable, incredibly professional and helpful! I know the product and company are great, but we keep our standing service because of people like Ratu Bevu. Thank you so much!!
Ratu is a great technician! He came and explained the process on how to control the ants showing up in my house. He did a full sweep and spray of the exterior of the house to get rid of spider webs and other things. so far no ants or other pests! hopefully this keep those things away but if they come back, I know who to call!
My technician always goes above and beyond. He makes sure all of our needs are met.
Ratu Bevu is very friendly and instills confidence that is is here for us. He also corresponds with us every step of the way which is much appreciated.
Love my Terminix service by Ratu. He is the best guy to deal with and takes god care of our needs.
Terminex sprayed again last week and there was a dead cockroach in the basement so it must be working. There are rat droppings in the attic so maybe that needs attention. Willow Glen Rats outside are in traps occasionally.
Ratu (service provider) always checks in advance before he arrives in case you have a request. He then always follows up after with a short report. He answers all questions. Overall very good service. Reliable.
