Ratu gave me an accurate arrival time. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was proactive with spraying exterior areas that he thought were the likely points of origin for the cockroaches found in the garage. A+ technician!

Ratu is a great technician! He came and explained the process on how to control the ants showing up in my house. He did a full sweep and spray of the exterior of the house to get rid of spider webs and other things. so far no ants or other pests! hopefully this keep those things away but if they come back, I know who to call!

I gave a 5 star rating for the young man that comes to spray my property. He is very thorough, very the professional and polite, friendly. He makes sure my property is in good order! The local Terminix office in san jose however has not scheduled the service person for several spray cycles. I pay in for a full…

Terminex sprayed again last week and there was a dead cockroach in the basement so it must be working. There are rat droppings in the attic so maybe that needs attention. Willow Glen Rats outside are in traps occasionally.
