Definite five star service. Great technician, Ratu. Advance notice of date and time range of visit. Asks about any problems in advance. Leaves report of visit and says to text him if problems arise before next visit.

Ratu is a great technician! He came and explained the process on how to control the ants showing up in my house. He did a full sweep and spray of the exterior of the house to get rid of spider webs and other things. so far no ants or other pests! hopefully this keep those things away but if they come back, I know who to call!

WE have three accounts with Terminix and each one is different in the services endered. The notification and timely of the services is excellent. Some issues at time with scheduling but resolved easily. Always accommadating for sure. Payment schecules for the San Francisco services sometimes needs clarification…
