Ratu Bevu provides excellent service and goes above and beyond during the scheduled pest control services. Only reason I’m a loyal customer is due to him.
Edwin is always very personable and very thorough. I really appreciate him.
Ratu is very resourceful with guidance and helpful with the services Terminix has for pest control. Thank you for having him on your team.
Our service guy was on time, friendly and did A great job. I do not appreciate companies that use surveys to pay their employees a decent wage. Surveys should be used to better the customers experience, not how to pay your employees.
Always friendly and very good work.
Technician Matthias was professional and highly experienced in his work. I was very pleased with his expertise.
I had the pleasure of having Wilson, as the person to do the inspection in my home. He was very knowledgeable and helpful on areas that were in trouble in the past, and showing me what to look for and how to avoid having to deal with termites in the future. I was so grateful on his knowledge. Thank you, TERMINIX and Wilson for putting me at ease.
Stood me up for the third time in a row. This time they didn't even contact me. Completely unprofessional.
Technician very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained about mites and helped me look all around the foundation for potential rodent entryways.
WE have three accounts with Terminix and each one is different in the services endered. The notification and timely of the services is excellent. Some issues at time with scheduling but resolved easily. Always accommadating for sure. Payment schecules for the San Francisco services sometimes needs clarification…
The inspector walked around the entire perimeter and said nothing about the termite damage on the fence, but put a second bait station by it. He also found subterranean termite activity in a bait station two feet from the house and told me that was fine. I find it difficult to believe they would be in the bait…
Terminex sprayed again last week and there was a dead cockroach in the basement so it must be working. There are rat droppings in the attic so maybe that needs attention. Willow Glen Rats outside are in traps occasionally.
always
Edwin is great and appreciate his detailed inspection and work around the house!
A gentleman came out today. He assessed my mite situation. And he gave recommendations. I'm so grateful for his insight and help. Because they don't do mite services. He was unable to help me.But the support really meant the world to me. I will definitely use them in the future.
