Is Terminix any good?

Richard Rodriguez, my Terminix technician is always very communicative, expressing when he’ll arrive and what was completed on the day of appointment. Excellent service, excellent communication all the way around! Truly a valuable asset to the Terminix team!!!

Aric Newberry very kind and did everything I asked. Did an exceptional job outside the house.

Joe Heist comes regularly up to DeLand to keep my house safe from critters. I have three beautiful trees so my house gets a seasonal rush of bugs - they all stay out or die thanks to Joe. Terminix also set up termite bait stations around the exterior to protect the hardwood and used fiberglass insulation in my attic…

I use Terminix to prevent against bugs. The company is great and I am always able to talk to a live person rather than following a ton of phone prompts. So far I have had the best and very knowledgeable technicians. Major kudos to Mathew and Francisco who are always patient with me and help to address any concerns!

This business services our home. We are pleased with their services. We have been their customers for more than 8 years. Mr. Devon our assigned exterminator is a true professional. He's friendly and respectful. He always reviews the services provided.

The techs are to a person fantastic: smart, professional, responsive, helpful. I have always felt confident in their judgment.

Had our first service with Terminix - Carvel was the technician - he explained everything before he started and aging through every step. All with a pleasant approach and a. Smile. I appreciate the positive approach he maintained throughout his time.

Mr Rodriguez is the best technician I’ve had in memory. Most thorough treatment, seems to know what he’s doing.

Thanks to Eric Newberry for always be very professional and kind to assist my family and protect our house against pest. Best service you can get.
