Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.

I have been a loyal customer for Terminex in my past 2 homes and my current one. Every technician has been prompt, professional, friendly and flexible with my family’s schedule. Their prices are reasonable and their policy of returning for extra services between scheduled appointments is excellent!
