Great service by Felipe Mercado with Terminix. Explained what he was doing and why.
Super nice, polite and communicative from one day before. He was efficient and explained step by step so I would understand and educated me through my process. There always a window of time (2hrs usually) but he let me know when he got closer to my time when he would arrive. This help to plan my drop off times and not feel rushed.
Very competent and conscience. Explained the termite stations and insured they were properly placed. George is a credit to Terminex.
George was very professional. He explained the process well and answered all of my questions
I called to have a termite inspection because I found termites on my window sill in my bedroom. The termites were falling into my bed! A man came and “found the problem”. After a 2400$ plan, I was assured the termites were taken care of. Within days they were back. I washed, cleaned and vacuumed. The company told…
George was fantastic! He sprayed for termites in a localized area, then took down several spiderwebs on my patio. Great guy! :)
Terminix has provided a great ongoing service and we recently hired them for termite treatment. Caleb was very organized, prepared us in advance, and everything went smoothly.
Juan was very knowledgeable and took time to explain tenting steps etc. We really appreciated his help.
We were clients for years and then left hanging after a contractor damaged the tiles on our roof. Don't recommend them they never call back not even the headquarters office, they make promises and never keep them. Had to hire another company to do work they missed.it cost us over $ 2,000. This doesn't include the…
Caleb Castellan did a great job helping my husband David with his rental property.
I tried two other companies before changing to Terminex. Every technician and support staff are 5 star. Most contact has been with David and Juan but they just set the standard the company follows.
We have had Terminix for years, and have had the same technician servicing our home. We receive excellent service. Our technician explained what was done each time. We have had issues in the past, and when I call our technician, he usually comes within a day to resolve our problem. We are very happy with the…
Everything went according to plan. Arrived on time, very respectful and professional, got to work quickly and expertly "tented" our 2-story home. Ahead of time I was a bit concerned re our electric solar panels and water heating solar panels, but no issues. Very meticulous and focused on not damaging anything. A few…
I previously used Terminix for termites and recently added rodent service. I called local companies and didn’t get a response even though these companies are begging for locals to shop local. Terminix was fast and affordable and followed up on my experience. I recommend Terminix.
Every technician that has come to my home have been very professional, attentive, and caring about my issues. All were knowledgeable when I had questions or concerns. Very happy with the service.
We have used them for years. What has been really nice is that we have had the same person so he knows our house and past issues.
Spent nearly $5,000 for fumigation and attic insulation replacement (850 square foot house). A few small things were damaged around the house (very minor). I’m having my floors refinished and the contractor noticed termites, but since it’s 9 days passed the 30 days they won’t cover any further treatment. Per them I…
Easy to work with
Did inspection and programed a Termite extermination. Additional to that I was supposed to get a quotation for a Termite Control by email and never received it. I also introduced my neighbor to program a Termite inspection and she never had a call back from Teminix. Terminix has not contacted me after the termite extermination. Hope we are termite free.
Anthony got here on time. He was very polite and explained everything to me. He also gave advise to install door swipes in the external garage door to prevent mice... Thank you for the good service.
David our technician was a thorough, personable and professional! My experience with Ellen on the phone was definitely a 5, with 5 being the best! She was prompt in returning my phone call and I received the report I requested while I was on a phone call that was probably only seven minutes! I highly recommend both of the contacts from Terminix!
Very knowledgeable representative, checked everything according to contract, and very friendly.
Great service and haven't seen any insects in our home since we started using Terminix. Our spray technician is professional and always on time.
I'm trying to cancel all 3 services I have with Terminix due ONLY to their inept customer service. The technicians I've had the pleasure to work with have been fabulous - courteous, professional, responsive and very effective. They go the extra mile when asked for help. I've been with Terminix for something like…
