Justin called me shortly before arrival to let me know he was on his way. I appreciated that. I mentioned to him how my regular Tech just spritz sprays and not like previous techs that would spray entire baseboards. He explained to me thoroughly the correct process. Justin was very thorough.

Timothy was great servicing our house - he was knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and patiently worked through the interior and exterior of the home without disturbing the rescue pups! Definitely recommend!

We called Terminix in the morning for a German roach problem. The inspector, Lance, arrived an hour later and set us up with a service to take care of it! He was knowledgeable and respectful! I really appreciate them acting so fast on this problem, those roaches are nasty.

Terminix employee, Millard Grant came to my home on 01/15/2926. He was very professional, courteous and answer all my questions. He deserves a 10+. He exterminated thoroughly and advised me when he was done. He was very considerate of the animal next door. Great Job!!!

Danny does a great job explaining things about the services, making sure all of our bait traps are filled and keeps the house sprayed well enough to last in between visits. Terminex makes sure we get the service we need during the hours that work for us.
