I use the same inspector at my residence and he does an excellent job. Educate me on my concerns. Does a thorough and neat job.
I’m glad to have a dedicated tech, James in my case, that takes care of any house insects or rodent concern. He is a very professional and attention to detail tech. I had termite baits installed as well as the crawl space encapsulation with a dehumidifier. Everything has been working like it should.
James is awesome as ever he’s been my constant insect sprayer and has gotten to know the whole fam- even pets. He is super fast, nice, and informative. Terminix is great over all!
Sam explained everything thoroughly and was very professional. He was on time and well that’s just down right refreshing these days! Great service!

Lance came to our house for an assessment for some termite damage and options for treatment. He thouroughly explained what the process would entail for our townhouse. Setup an appointment for a contractor to provide an estimate for the damage. Lance gave us peace of mind for the process at a competitive price.
Mr. Myke Bassett, supervisor and former crawl space installer of a variety of moisture control systems, today completed functions that his employees were unable to complete on a previous date. He then conducted a Quality Assurance review of work they had performed and asked if he could send them back to enhance…
I had Devin come out for a termite inspection and he noticed additional issues which he made a phone call and put a note in for me so I wouldn’t have to. Great service. Have a new operator and he did a great job. I hope I have him now on. Spent some time to get everything done. Thank you
Hate that I have to do this but I'm editing my review. From a 5 * down to a 1*. Terminx came out in Feburary to provide me with a service. I had an active infestation of termites. They came out to remove the insulation, treat the wood and leave bait stations. Whatever they did worked. No more termites. I was very…
I have been a customer for about 20 years. I met Ray for the first time. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, explained things well and thorough. He was the best exterminator I have had. I hope I see him again.

James Toman at Terminix has been servicing our home for almost 5 years now. He’s very personable and does a great job. Always on time but calls if the schedule changes. We will continue to use and recommend Terminix as long as they service the area!
I decided to leave a review because I've been having issue after issue, and Terminix is readily to assist me when in need. Prior to Teminix, an independent small business came out and treated my home for termites. Months later, I still had termites, so I called a few local companies. Terminix had a better and more…
We have been Terminix customers for years, because their service works! For today's service call I had the pleasure of meeting Victor. He was very professional and courteous throughout his visit and patient at answering my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the various pests that affect our home life. In…
We have been clients of Terminix for almost 20 years and their technicians are great! We were due for an outside inspection today. I met Victor for the first time and he was awesome! He knocked down cob webs which i hadn’t seen before and sprayed a barrier outside the perimeter and in garage and checked outside…
Joey and the other gentlemen who came out were on time, efficient, and professional. After paying the bill up front the initial extermination appointment was a no-show. Ashley at customer service could have cared less. "They said they called and left a message." No call, no record of a call, and no message.…
Trey went under the house and performed an inspection for termites and Wood infestation. He also took a moisture reading. I got A really good inspection from Trey. He spent 20 minutes under the house. That’s the longest anyone has ever stayed under the house.

We have used Terminix for years. They are professional and knowledgeable. They call and give you the time they will arrive, and they are always punctual. They always announce their arrival and tell you what they will be doing. Before leaving, they always tell what they found, or what they didn't. James is one of the…

He was very kind, patient, informative, and helpful in answering all my questions and tending to my concerns about termite activity. Mike was very professional, efficient, and does amazing work.…
Thank you for your prompt and professional service.
Been with Terminix for years. Recently moved to a new house and carried over our plan from the old house to the new house (cheaper than starting a new policy). Our new technician Dave Caldwell is even better than our last technician. Dave always has a great disposition and is gracious with his time and knowledge.…
Today was Day 1 in our new Terminix Pest Control contract. We got to meet our technician, Keith Sacco, and he was a pleasure to work with. He arrived on time and was professional, took the time to discuss our concerns, and made us feel like we were in good hands. We are looking forward to working with Keith again.
Ryan who works out of the Norfolk, VA office was wonderful and did a great job tending to our concerns about termite activity. He carefully inspected our crawl space and all our termite baiting stations. I really appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions and ease my worries. Grateful for that! He deserves a raise! Thanks again, Ryan.
Josh was awesome. He was professional, yet compassionate to help me get my house treated before the winter. I'm thankful he was my representative and glad to be apart of the Terminix family. Update January 2022. Since becoming a customer my customer service has been horrible. I paid thousands of dollars to have my…
Outstanding service. I was informed on what he was doing at every step of the inspection. Given information on the timeline and he took his time to answer every question I had. Very warm, professional and respectful.
Dave was a great technician. Very professional, friendly, efficient.
Dave has always been congenial yet professional in his site visits
Thank you for the wonderful and professional work. Keith S has been polite, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I look forward to this service every month. Thank you Terminix!
Very nice and professional. I haven't had to use the termite warranty, so I can't say if they would try to screw me or not on that, but they seem like good people, and that goes for everyone I interacted with. I wish the bait stations were more discreet, but I was shown where they would be placed beforehand. The…
We have been blown away by the customer service. Danny is wonderful and responds so quickly. He takes the time to break down your service so you know exactly what they are doing. The scheduling is easy and quick. Very impressed by everyone we’ve dealt with so far.

Excellent service great protection Thanks
I would like to acknowledge Terry Suave, my technician. He is the best technician I have had. Always polite. Always checks to make sure there is bait for the rats and clears the spider webs from the house as well as his main task for the appointment.
Always professional! Very happy with this service. I do both their termite & bug plans
Terminix has been servicing my home for over twenty years and I have been thoroughly satisfied. The technicians are very professional and courteous.
Mr. Terry is a professional technician and a relief from the previous person. In fact we were going to end our service until Mr. Terry started as our technical. We are so happy to have the quality of Mr. Terry !
Started off sounding great when the salesman was here, but ended up disappointed because the technician didn’t complete the initial treatment due to coming unprepared without all tools. Said he would schedule a follow up himself which he never did. I had to call to schedule the follow up and then they canceled the…
Trustworthy company I will always count on.
Trying to get someone to answer the phone is impossible. Wait time is over 10 minutes. Left a message and 2 days later, they finally called back.
