i just wanted to say how happy we were with the roofing service we received. My husband and I were deciding between a metal roof and asphalt shingles, and after getting a few estimates, we chose a new shingle roof. When storm damage caused two trees to fall on our roof, Terra Firma Roofing responded very quickly and helped us choose the best repair options. They matched our existing shingles so well that the finished roof looks smooth and seamless, not like a patch job at all. Since we were away, they kept us updated with…

I had this roofing company replace my roof, and they did solid work. The house looked much better after they fixed some weak plywood decking under the shingles during the roof replacement. More recently, I called because an animal had damaged the rubber pipe boot around the roof penetration where the electrical line…

We had our roof replaced, and it was one of the best homeowner experiences we have had. The whole roofing process was smooth, the crew finished on time, and the new roof looks great. I hired a roofing company to replace two damaged roofs on two different properties, with the projects completed several years apart. The product advice was excellent, and both new roof systems still look great and remain in very good condition.
Even the older roof still looks almost new after tough weather, and the impact-resistant shingles have held up very well. The recommendations for materials and overall roof protection were clearly the right choice for long-term performance.
The same roofing crew handled both jobs, and Cesar and Austin made the whole process smooth and efficient. The team worked hard, stayed organized, and showed real care for the property during the roof replacement.
They protected the landscaping, avoided damage to the gutters, and did a thorough cleanup so no roofing debris was left behind. I am very pleased with the workmanship, the roofing materials, and the helpful guidance throughout the entire project.

Five stars from me. They set the appointment for 9am and showed up right on time. Austin greeted me professionally, explained everything clearly, and was respectful from the start. I let them know I have other tenants in the building and that I work from home, so I asked if they could keep the roof work as quiet as possible, and they were very accommodating. I showed Austin the problem areas with three active roof leaks while it was raining, which actually helped confirm where the water was getting in. He inspected the roofing system, identified the leak points, and let me know the repairs could be completed the same day. I approved the work, and they got started right away. The roof repair was finished in less than an hour, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. They handled the job with care, provided the necessary paperwork, and made payment easy. I am very happy with how quickly and professionally this roofing project was completed. Excellent customer service, prompt roof leak repair, and quality workmanship. I would absolutely keep them in mind for future roofing needs and gladly recommend them to family and friends.

A large tree fell onto our roof, punched through in a few spots, and also damaged the siding. The roofing crew arrived fast, removed the tree safely, and handled emergency tarping and roof repairs right away to keep everything watertight. After that, we took some time to compare a few roofing quotes, and this company stood out by providing a clear, detailed estimate for a full new roof, new siding, and the wood repair needed from the storm damage. They were the best value, and after speaking with Austin, we felt very confident moving forward. Austin helped calm our concerns, explained the roofing process in simple terms, and made us feel like the job was in good hands. The whole crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. Within two days, we had a beautiful new roof, and the next day the new siding was finished. The workmanship, cleanup, communication, and overall service were excellent. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them to anyone in Lakeside who needs roofing, siding, or storm damage repairs.

After strong winds damaged our rubber roof, we had to wait for the insurance process while water kept getting into the building because the temporary tarp coverage had not been set in the right spots. After spending time looking for a reliable roofer, we found a roofing team that truly helped. Our experience turned out excellent from start to finish. austin worked closely with us during a stressful time and stayed patient while the insurance payment process moved slowly. He explained each step clearly, answered our questions, and made sure we understood the full roof replacement plan. The new roof was installed with quality roofing materials, and the crew moved fast without cutting corners. cesar and the team were skilled, professional, and focused on doing the job right. They kept the work area clean, treated our property with care, and finished the project in a timely way. In Lakeside, it is important to have a dependable roof that can handle heat, sun exposure, and seasonal weather, and this team delivered exactly that. we would absolutely recommend this roofing crew to anyone needing roof repair or full roof replacement services.

My husband and I were deciding between a metal roof and asphalt shingles, and after getting a few estimates, we chose a new shingle roof. Cesar was very professional, easy to talk to, and clear about the roofing options, materials, and installation process. We had an urgent need, and Austin helped move the schedule up so the roof installation could be completed sooner than expected. Since this is our Lakeside property and not our full-time home, they did a great job keeping us updated with progress photos and phone calls throughout the project. They also offered to check in on the roof after the install to make sure everything looked good. Overall, a great roofing company to work with, and we are very pleased with the new roof and the whole experience.
Very professional and did an excellent job on our roof and exterior work. Cesar helped us through every step after storm damage. He inspected the roof, documented the damage with photos for the insurance claim, and even placed a tarp over the missing shingles right away to protect the house before anything was finalized. He was there when the adjuster arrived and clearly walked us through the insurance paperwork, which made the whole process much less stressful. Throughout the project, Cesar stayed involved and made sure the roofing work was done the right way. Even during very hot Lakeside days, he kept an eye on the crew and made sure everything stayed on schedule and was completed properly. The roofing, gutter, and siding crews were all courteous, skilled, and professional. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them for roofing and related exterior services.

cesar and team replaced our roof recently in Lakeside. The roofing job was finished fast and in a professional way, and they kept us updated through the whole process. They explained the shingle work, flashing details, and cleanup clearly, which made everything easy to understand. The yard was left very clean, and even after the project there was hardly anything left behind. The next morning i heard a drip near the chimney and found a small leak. Even though they had not worked on the chimney itself, it seemed like the roof vibration may have shifted the flashing area a little. i called, and austin came out within a couple of hours to take care of it right away. They fixed the issue quickly, checked the surrounding roof area, and made sure everything was sealed properly for the warm Lakeside weather. very happy with the service and would highly recommend them.

If you want great customer service for roofing, fascia, siding, or other exterior work, this is the team to call. They did an excellent job on our roof, and the whole process was smooth and professional. Later, I asked for an estimate on some fascia repair, and Austin came out, checked everything carefully, and gave me an honest assessment. He explained that only the lower section of the board had some rot while the upper section was still solid wood, so a small repair was all that was needed instead of replacing more than necessary. I really appreciated that kind of honesty. They could have easily charged for a bigger repair or added extra work, but instead they focused on what actually needed to be done. They handled the small fix right away and made sure everything was secure. It is clear they care about customer satisfaction, quality roof and fascia work, and doing the job the right way. Reliable, straightforward, and professional service from start to finish. They definitely earned a customer for life.

I had this roofing company replace my roof, and they did solid work. The house looked much better after they fixed some weak plywood decking under the shingles during the roof replacement. More recently, I called because an animal had damaged the rubber pipe boot around the roof penetration where the electrical line enters the home, which caused a leak. They had originally installed that flashing part when the roof was done. It was not a problem with their materials or workmanship, but they still came out to inspect it. Even though the labor warranty had already passed, they repaired it at no charge. That kind of helpful service and support really stands out, and I would gladly recommend them for roofing repairs and roof replacement.
