I almost got charged $765 to change a capacitor on my AC. The capacitor costs $30 at Homedepot, and changing it takes 5 minutes. I would have paid $89 for the diagnostic charge, plus a reasonable amount for labor and driving to my house. Fortunately the technician gave me the opportunity to decline the work. However…
Guillermo was amazing!!! The whole experience really was great. I had repeated issues with getting HVAC services for my type of unit, and was desperate after being out of AC for a week. I submitted an inquiry form on the Air Company on a Friday night and by 7:30a the next day I had an appt schedule for that…

By far the best HVAC experience I have had in 21 years of home ownership in Atlanta. Very responsive and professional, and their pricing were very competitive.

The 2 HVAC tech's were very professional and explained things in layman terms.
Mary and the gang are great. Freddie is my guy and swoops through every few months to check things out. We have three systems, so always running into issues. They are fast to respond and reasonably priced.
Winston from Air Company was Very professional and explained in details what he found when inspecting our A/C unit for possible leakage. Came out same day that I called. Great service!
They ran about 45 minutes late, however, it was a very hot day, and I’m quite sure they were running ragged trying to keep up with all of the work. When they arrived, they were very apologetic and diagnosed the problem within minutes and had my A/C working in about 20 minutes. Could not ask for a better result.
No good news for me. But, Winston was a nice young man and recognized the problem immediately.
Guillermo came by and fixed my a/c unit. I got a quote from another company and they told me my unit was too old and i needed to get a new one. Im glad I decided to get a second quote from these guys because it ended up saving a lot of money to just repair it. Also i called at 9am in the morning and Guillermo showed…
