As a repeat customer, I’ve gotten a couple of appliances repaired over the years. Happy with the service and price.
JD was very good. Very professional. Explained cause of issue and what he was doing in repair.
I love the Appliance Man. I mean I hate when I have to call them, but I love their work. Carlos was my tech. He finished early on previous job and rather than go home at 3pm, took my repair on at the end of the day. Courteous, efficient, and informative. Diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and on his way within the…
Andre’s team responded very quickly and our dryer was fixed within an hour
JD and his assistant diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer (it was not heating up). They went to get a replacement part and came back and fixed it. He also replaced the vent so the dryer would fit back in the closet. Extremely satisfied that I did not have to buy a new dryer. Would definitely recommend and use again but hope I never need to.
Our technician, Andre was great. Showed us things we could do to prevent future problems. I would highly recommend using their services
The staff was very pleasant and diagnosed the problem with my dryer quickly. A part had to be ordered and an appointment was made for two days later. To my surprise, I received a phone call asking if they could come a day earlier, which they did. My dryer was repaired within a very short period of time. My…
Tim was awesome! Came in, explained the pricing, what he was doing and quickly resolved the problem. Great service, fair pricing, and extremely friendly and professional. Couldn’t recommend enough. Andre was the technician that came on time and called before pulling up to my home. Andre was great! He fix my dryer fast and is very professional. I highly recommend the The Appliance Man and will only be using them in future.
Arrived on time and was very professional. Will return next day with parts for the repair
I was surprised at how quickly The Appliance Man got back to me. My dryer quit working on a Sunday, I filled out an online request for service and someone called me later on Sunday to schedule the service for the owing Monday. My tech let me know he was on his way, was friendly and quickly identified and fixed my…
I was very pleased with the service. The repairman was very professional and friendly.
Andre checked everything I had a problem with and was very through. I will use the service again and recommend it.
Next day appointment and dryer was fixed in less than 30 mins. Will definitely use their services if needed in the future.
I've used The Appliance Man twice, and was very happy with their service both times. I filled out a service request from their website and quickly received a phone call to schedule service within a day or 2. Text alerts were sent when he was on his way. Issues were diagnosed and repaired quickly. Dryer needed parts…
Our dryer broke down and we called and got a quick response. Very professional, answered our questions and found the problem. Will be on our list to call again.
The Appliance Man is always the first person I call when I am in need. Honest and trustworthy!
I have used the Appliance Man on 2 occasions. The first to hook up a used dryer that I bought. The dryer had the wrong type of plug in for my outlet and I was unable to get the old cord off to replace it. Andre was able to fix the dryer in no time The 2nd occasion, I called because my refrigerator was spraying water…
