Andre’s team responded very quickly and our dryer was fixed within an hour
JD and his assistant diagnosed what was wrong with my dryer (it was not heating up). They went to get a replacement part and came back and fixed it. He also replaced the vent so the dryer would fit back in the closet. Extremely satisfied that I did not have to buy a new dryer. Would definitely recommend and use again but hope I never need to.
