Tim was very professional and had my washer fixed in a timely manner even with having to order parts. Rather than having to buy a new washer, I was able to have the existing washer fixed and save a lot of money. The value of the repair was very reasonable. This was the first time using The Appliance Man, and I'll be…
Called them because my dryer was not getting hot. Kody came out, checked the temperature while it was running, and found that it WAS heating. 🥴. But then he took the initiative to check my washer ( both are pretty old), found that a part on the agitator was broken, and fixed that. Great, friendly service . I would…
Two respectful men fixed our appliance in a timely manor. Did not leave a mess
Easy to set up appt. Confirmed appt. twice and texted when they were on their way, which was in the agreed upon window. Andre was quick, efficient, and explained everything and the price was very fair. Thanks guys!
Extremely friendly, courteous and honest!! Would highly recommend and will use The Appliance Man in the future!!
Very helpful on diagnosing our issue and giving insight into our options
Professional, honest, and great to work with!
First time using Appliance Man and was very pleased. They promptly returned my call; showed up on time; quickly diagnosed the issue; and were able to get parts and complete the repair same day. Tim & Carlos were pleasant and professional. Couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely use them again.
I was very pleased with the work performed at my home. Mr. Jones was very considerate, thorough, and explained what was wrong with each appliance. His services were very fairly priced also . I would highly recommend him to do work on any appliance. Thank you.
My washer is beyond repair, but they were on time and honest about what the problem with my machine was. I will certainly call them the next time I need appliance repair.
They were able to come out the day after I called them. JD was professional and friendly and informative. And my dryer works now!
I've used The Appliance Man twice, and was very happy with their service both times. I filled out a service request from their website and quickly received a phone call to schedule service within a day or 2. Text alerts were sent when he was on his way. Issues were diagnosed and repaired quickly. Dryer needed parts…
This is the second time I've used The Appliance Man services, the first was on an LG Range, this time a Samsung Dryer. In both cases service was prompt and the technicians professional. Costs are explained up front and were very reasonable. I will use them again and highly recommend them.
Repair was done in my home. Megan answered the phone, scheduled the appointment for the next day, texted me about the appointment scheduled with. Kody. He arrived on time, knew what to do and repaired the dryer in short order. Job well done!
