I really want to give them 5 stars as I purchased last month some flat patio flagstones per lb from them directly, maybe 50 Square feet. Price was fair, they let me pick pieces, and awesome helpful staff with loading - overall great experience. I then called today to see if I could purchase a couple pallets for a larger patio project as I have someone who is going to install for me and they said they do not carry. I understand if they are out, if they don’t wanna sell pallets to the public, or they do not want to sell to a project so small or not doing installing but as I had just purchased from them a month ago, it’s insulting to say that they do not carry it. I am sure they do a great job if you have the $ but some of us like to or have to DIY or general contract ourselves. Won’t call again and will never recommend even though I am right in the neighbourhood. Sorry Brickyard, please be better to all future customers.
Kamari, we apologize for any misunderstanding, obviously we do carry the material as you had already purchased some. I’m not sure if there was a mistake in wording or delivery of information. It sounds like you may have already moved forward with another supplier, but if there is any way we may assist you in the future we would look forward to showing you how helpful we can be.

Unreal performance. Sam in the office was able to help me determine which side of the. Rick is the proper side to lay out. He educated me on which face had proper tone & color while being gentle about my ignorance. Top shelf guy. Emma then walked me to the cash register and helped process the order. I would think she has been there decades but it’s been revealed to me that she hasn’t been there but a few years. What a great customer service experience. They even tried to speak Spanish with me which made me feel right at home. They loaded me up the reclaimed Milwaukee cream common brick onto my truck. I understand they offer deliver services too, which is good for my landscaping and masonry jobs that are larger scale. There is also a guy called Nathan who seems to know what’s going on over there when it comes to architectural products. He taught me about glazed bricks, interstate bricks and even pavers.
