The pic of of the dirt I mopped up in my kitchen AFTER my last cleaning. I have used TCA in another city for years and the service was great. This branch is consistently subpar at worst - mediocre at best. Items have been left mysteriously broken, spaces or items untouched (ie not cleaned at all), beds rumpled,…
I WOULD BE LOST WITHOUT THEM!!

FANTASTIC JOB AS ALWAYS! THANK YOU!
A wonderful, thorough job! We had brought a few things to their attention after our last cleaning, and they worked extra hard to be sure we were pleased with the results.
Our clean today was very thorough, very satisfied!
Beautiful work, ladies! Our house is spotless. Everything smells clean and fresh. These gals are very hard working and take pride in a job well done. Thank you. You are much appreciated.

Team arrived promptly. Very thorough cleaning. Extremely satisfied!
I hired the Cleaning Authority after having a terrible experience with another popular company. Not only are they less expensive, but their work is ten times better! The people are friendly and professional. My home finally feels clean, and I wish I made the switch sooner. I can’t wait to have them back again next week!
.We were very pleased with the excellent and careful job that Roberto and Fifi did in our house.
I love cleaning authority and the women who have cleaned my home. I had a one time clean by the ladies who do Saturdays and they were wonderful - professional, kind, and just cheerful. Today I had my first “regular” cleaning and the ladies (different ones than the Saturday job) were also professional, very thorough…
Once again-I love having Gabby and Irene clean my home. They’re thorough and very conscientious about mirrors and floors.

We adore our cleaning crew. They do such a good job, but also care about us. Just this morning, Irene brought us a gift for our baby on the way. Can’t recommend Irene or this company enough!
To be honest I was not happy with my past cleaning people and I called to express my disappointment. I was sent the 2 most wonderful ladies. Irene V and Gabi are simply amazing and have such a great eye for detail. I look forward to having them again.
Very professional, great smelling, and feels amazing to walk on with bare feet! The cleaners came on time with a great attitude, were respectful, and worked super hard. We’re very happy with their work!
Our teams are always so friendly and efficient! Cleans are consistent and we appreciate how thorough they are in cleaning/organizing each room.

Fast and efficient! Responsive too. I asked if they could pay special attention to my shower, as I noticed a small amount of mold where to floor meets a shower seat. Volia, it's gone!

I got estimates from many services to clean my house and Cleaning Authority was very detailed in their estimates which took some time, but gave me confidence that they knew what I wanted and really wanted to do a good job—which they did! I think they are very professionally run, and a good value.
Very thorough and professional.
Could not be happier, they do a great job every time! Highly recommend.
Love the crew!
The ladies showed up on time and cleaned the heck out of my house. This was my first time using them and they will be back every month. Great service, very professional and thorough.

I had team lead - Irene. Today she had 2 assistants, Patricia and Guadalupe with her, too. They are on time, letting themselves in, as I was unable to be there to let them in. I returned later to a sparkling home! Amazing service, super convenient and superior cleaning without stress! I would highly recommend…
The team from The Cleaning Authority was prompt and professional. They were efficient and the house was sparkling when I arrived home!
Annie, Angel and Guadalupe were great. Super friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they did an extremely thorough job! Thank you!!
Wonderful, efficient, pleasant experience.
Angel and Ana were great....pleasant and hard working. Eder has been helpful throughout and sent a supervisor to the house before Angel and Ana were finished just to make sure we, as new clients, were satisfied. We are now set up for the on-going service and look forward to a long term relationship.
Team 6 was AWESOME!! So friendly and nice! They come back in 2 weeks!!
