The Cleaning Authority - Chicago North Shore had been cleaning our home for several years and continue to provide an excellent cleaning experience. They are always on time and very professional. Nooks and crannies are never overlooked due to their rotation schedule. Our home looks just as clean today as it did the first time they cleaned it!

I got estimates from many services to clean my house and Cleaning Authority was very detailed in their estimates which took some time, but gave me confidence that they knew what I wanted and really wanted to do a good job—which they did! I think they are very professionally run, and a good value.
Ella, Lesbia, and Tania do a lovely job of cleaning my home. Not only are the professional they do so with a smile. My bathrooms sparkle, my kitchen glows (my stainless steel fridge looks better than in the show room) and each of the rooms is methodically cleaned.

Another good cleaning by Team 10. Such a great team. I had them years ago until they were moved to another day. I’m glad they’re back on Wednesdays so I can continue to have the use of their services. They were late coming to my house but it turned out that it wasn’t their fault.
The Cleaning was good however I had no idea what time the women were arriving. There doesn't seem to be a locked down time of arrival. I need to know when the cleaning starts so I can plan my day.

I used this company for over 3 years, they changed owners and management. The crews that came were all very good. The management and scheduling has changed too much and I no longer got my consistent crew, or the consistent time I had. I asked for this not to happen, and it did , over and over. Very disappointed, and stopping this service.
