Excellent, exceptional, thorough, polite efficient Great!!!
They worked very hard and the results show it
Today Sept 10 was more thorough. They worked for 1 and 1/2 hours but sat in the driveway for 15mins after??? I hope you asked them about their experience again. We don’t have them do laundry, change or make our beds, unload our dishwasher. Nothing extra, and our dog is ALWAYS CAGED when they are here(before)till…
Do a very good job and get it done quick.
The cleaning authors is very professional organization. You get 3 women and an inspector to the initial deep cleaning. Then the workers rotate on item such as baseboard and window blinds and window sill 1 week and knickknacks and vacuum under the moveable rind the next. This crew had never been to my home, but…
I have been using the cleaning authority in Cumming GA for over a year now - Team 6 is my usual, but I have had a few different ones. Everyone is amazing and I look forward to cleaning day every month. I would highly recommend!!
They showed up on time and were VERY congenial the whole time. They took their time and CLEANED the way that Aimee, the Estimator said they would. The Inspector came just as they were finishing up, and her inspection was the "cherry on the top"..the few things that they missed, she was sure that they learned it…
The cleaning crew were able to work around a power outage a pleasant attitude and used an alternative method to complete the job. Great job, Team 8!

Very smooth team. Team 4 walked into the aftermath of having carpets cleaned. They rescheduled by one day (thank you!) and pit all the furniture etc BACK where it belongs. Lovely people, and my house looks great!

The ladies did an excellent job!
First glance it was amazing. There was a slight language barrier but downloaded google translate and it made it so much easier to communicate. I look forward to my next cleaning.
The ladies were AWESOME. They did our initial deep clean and the house looks amazing!
We used them for a one time, and have now hired them for 2x’s per month because the one time clean was so good. This company does zero short cuts, they are reliable, organized, and prompt. Our house is thoroughly cleaned after each visit. An inspector comes each time before the team leaves to make sure everything is…

I had Team 10 come out for a cleaning, and I am beyond impressed with the results! They did an absolutely wonderful job, but what truly stood out was the detailed hand-wiping of all the baseboards, doors, and door frames. This has never been done before in previous cleanings, and it made such a noticeable…

They totally exceeded expectations. We’ve used other cleaning service companies in the past that didn’t do as good of a job. The cleaning authority went above and beyond. We will continue using them from now on.
