We have been with The Comfort Authority for over 10 years. We have received nothing but exceptional service! Whenever we have had a problem, they have come out the same day or first thing in the morning. When we were searching for a new air-conditioning system, we called many companies and The Comfort Authority was…

Representative inspected and diagnosed the system. Recommended drain line treatment. In the end we came up with a better drainage option. Thanks for the service, Tison.
Arthur (HVAC) and Valerie (Plumbing) provided great maintenance and inspections.
Alyssa was great in doing the 6 month maintenance on my AC and HVAC. She was professional, kept her booties on inside the house, and explained everything thoroughly. She gave recommendations for potential updates but didn't pressure me.
Valerie was very professional and got the plumbing repaired. She provided estimates for some future work as well. Very appreciated. Thanks Comfort Authority!

Glenn and James performed annual a/c and plumbing inspections today. They went over all our systems and gave me a detailed list of recommended improvements without any sales pressure. I can feel confident we’re good ‘til the next visit! Great service as always from The Comfort Authority!
The Comfort Authority has been our ‘go-to’ contractor of choice for maintenance now for 4 years. Our 14 year old Trane unit finally reached the end of it’s operational lifespan yesterday. TCA got us a quote, financing and installation in less than 24 hours. The new unit outperforms the old. We are delighted.…

Alyssa did a great job. Would definitely recommend. Had great technical understanding and pleasure to work with.
Excellent job! I use them for my annual service today and Luis did a fantastic job and cleaned the unit perfectly.
Alyssa did a great job with helping to figure out why and how we had a leak from our new AC system drain line. She corrected the issue by actually gluing the joint together where it enters the wall and then did a hot water flush with a vacuum on the exterior, which was able to remove some additional crud from the…
